STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE ON REPORTING TEXT SCAM COMPLAINTS TO THE NTC
Put on “Subject” : “Text Scam Complaint”
Report text scam to the NTC in two ways:
1. Submit the following information by e-mail at kontratextscam@ntc.gov.ph: E mail to: kontratextscam@ntc.gov.ph
Put Complete Name:
Your complete name, address, email and contact number;

2. Upload at the NTC’s website https://ntc.gov.ph by doing the following:
a. Click on the Text Scam Complaints button found in the main page;
in the Text Scam Complaints Form;
