MESSAGE FROM INROADS CEO

Dear Friends, Supporters, Students, and Alumni,

It gives me a tremendous sense of pride to present the INROADS Annual Impact Report, which shares highlights of our accomplishments in 2022. I know we are all proud of our collective efforts toward building equity and closing the racial wealth gap.

While we review our impact over the last year, we also look to the future. INROADS has three priorities over the next couple of years: sustainability, scalability, and increasing alumni involvement. We will drive sustainability by building a strong financial foundation and ensuring succession planning for the INROADS team and board. We will create scalability through technology, enabling us to reach more students and alumni. Finally, we will increase the engagement of alumni where they work, lead, and live, as well as encourage alumni giving. By focusing on these three pillars, we will be positioning INROADS for success for this generation and generations to come.

Thank you for taking the time to review this Annual Impact Report and celebrating our achievements with us. It is with great excitement that we embark on our next chapter, and we look forward to working together to make a lasting impact on the lives of talented young people.
