Q.

Can parents attend?

Q.

What is the deadline to register?

A. A. A.

Yes, parents can be chaperones. Chaperones will be required to stay on campus in the dormitory and remain with the group at all times. Therefore, lodging, meals, and metro Atlanta transportation will be covered. However, parents will still be required to pay for their travel arrangements to and from Atlanta. In addition, chaperones are required to undergo a background check and drug test, possibly at an additional cost. There will be mandatory training/information sessions for all chaperones.

Parents can only attend if they are chaperones. Parents (that are not chaperones) may accompany their scholar to Atlanta. However, parents will be required to make separate accommodations (i.e. travel, lodging, meals, metro Atlanta transportation).
