Call for participation in Centropa’s student video competition in Ukraine! This is the chance for students to do a video on Jewish history, or on Civil Society in Ukrainian 21st century, and win some great prizes for your school There will be two student film competitions: 1. “Our Town’s Jewish History” 2. “Civil Rights and Civil Society in Ukraine in the 21st Century” The films should be made entirely by students, and be no longer than 7 minutes. Deadline for submission of films: October 15, 2015 The English-language video-making guidelines available via E-Mail For the Ukrainian-language video-making guidelines, click here: http://issuu.com/inshaosvita/docs/ video_guidelines_centropa_ua These are the prizes for each film competition: 300 Euro voucher in video or computer equipment for your school for first place 200 Euro voucher in video or computer equipment for second place 100 Euro voucher in video or computer equipment for third place The winning school class will be invited to a big town-hall event in Rivne with Ambassadors from different countries and make a presentation. The winners will be chosen by a board of experts and notified by email no later than Oct 30.
