Burrito Pie Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef 1 can Rotel 2 10 oz. cans enchilada sauce Flour tortillas
1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 can black beans Shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions: Preheat oven to 350째F. Brown ground beef then add taco seasoning, Rotel and black beans. Do not drain the Rotel or beans. Use a pie dish or a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and cover the bottom with enchilada sauce. Then layer tortillas, hamburger mixture, cheese, and enchilada sauce. Once you have completed layers, top with a tortilla, cheese and remaining enchilada sauce. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Top with sour cream or guacamole and enjoy! Your cooperative always tries to stay prepared for any natural disaster or event that may head our way. One way we prepare is by having an Emergency Response Plan in place that dictates how we will handle various emergency situations, as well as how we will react to ensure the safety of our employees. In an ongoing effort to increase employee preparedness, we periodically conduct training and drills to keep everyone updated on processes and procedures. We also review the plan on a regular basis to update the necessary information. When we do experience an emergency situation, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to protect our employees and provide you with the quality service you expect from your cooperative.
