Overview

2016 Employee Survey During March of 2016, Your Electric Cooperative conducted an Employee Attitude and Satisfaction Survey to determine satisfaction regarding pay, benefits, supervisors and work environment, and employee suggestions for improvements. These survey results include responses from 300 employees, and are compared with previous surveys going back to 2001.

Survey Highlights

Overall job satisfaction is higher than the previous three surveys, yet lower than in 2001-06 Nearly eight in ten employees (80%) now say they are somewhat or very satisfied – average satisfaction rating is 4.25 on a five-point scale Increases in satisfaction in all four key areas from previous surveys, including pay and benefits – larger increases in satisfaction with supervisors and opportunities for advancement
