Chicken Salad BLT
INGREDIENTS 5 slices bacon 1 cup chopped fresh tomato 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 dash Worcestershire sauce Salt and ground black pepper to taste
3 cups diced cooked chicken 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced 2 tbsps. minced green onion 1 tsp. lemon juice 12 lettuce leaves 1 large avocado, sliced
DIRECTIONS Cook bacon until evenly browned. Drain bacon and crumble. Mix chicken, bacon, tomato, and celery in a bowl. Whisk mayonnaise, parsley, green onions, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until dressing is smooth. Pour dressing over chicken mixture; toss to coat. Chill at least 30 minutes. Stir mixture and serve over crispy lettuce leaves. Garnish with avocado slices.
