What do you do if your power goes out? Not to worry, Dixie Electric Cooperative has an easy way that you can report outages so we can work efficiently and effectively to help you. Here's what you do: 1. Check your breakers. If a breaker is off, turn it on. If it kicks off, you have a short and need to call an electrician. 2. Check with your neighbors to see if their power is out. 3. Call Dixie Electric Cooperative's automated outage reporting system at 1-800-239-1367.
Convenient Payment Options In addition to submitting your payment by mail, your cooperative offers a variety of convenient payment options to better serve you. These options are available at NO COST to our member-owners, and will allow your payment to post immediately to your account (with the exception of night deposit payments which are posted in the morning of the next business day). We have received feedback from members indicating that there are businesses and online sites representing themselves as being authorized payment locations for Dixie Electric Cooperative. We NEVER charge a fee for making a payment through the options offered by Dixie, so if they are charging a fee they are NOT affiliated with your cooperative.
In Office
Payments can be made at our Arrowhead and Union Springs offices from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit or debit cards, as well as cash, checks and money orders. We also have a night deposit available at both locations; however, please do NOT place cash in the night deposits.
Online
Payments can be made online using our customer service portal. Simply visit us at www.dixie.coop and click the pay bill button. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit or debit cards, as well as e-checks. You can also use our auto pay feature on the portal to set up automatic payments.
Mobile Apps
Our mobile app is available for Android and Apple devices.
