Mission Statement Our mission is to partner with Christian families and churches by offering a God-centered, discipleship based school with academic excellence and a Biblical worldview, equipping students to serve and influence our world for Christ.

Theme for the Year • God is on the Move • Scripture- Proverbs 29:18 (MSG) • Ways God is moving in our school
• A staff member loaned a fellow staff member one of their cars when she had no transportation to work. • Meals were provided by the school community to two parents who are battling cancer. • A parent cleans the Kindergarten classroom weekly and bought a vacuum for the classroom. • Several students at chapel have shared how God is moving in their lives.

Vision Statement • Northland Christian instructs students how to learn, love and lead the world to Christ.
Learning- using one’s mind well (I Pet 3:15) • Our students are succeeding in the classroom with Biblical integrated curriculum. • Our students are excelling on standardized tests. • Our students are taking dual credit courses at record numbers. • Our students are participating in internships through the Northland Center for Professional Studies (NCAPS) and Northland Career Center. • Our students for the first time can participate in the A+ school program. • Our students are ready for post secondary opportunities such as college, career, military, or full-time ministry.
Loving- Being Jesus to others (Matt 22:37-39) • All our students participate in chapel once a week. • Our elementary students donated canned food to Harvesters. • Our middle school students learn how to share their faith by participating in Dare2Share. • Our secondary students participate in ministry days to put their faith into action. • Our sophomores minister to the Navajo Indians in New Mexico. • Our Juniors and Seniors take a mission trip to the Dominican Republic. • Our National Honor Society donated presents to the National Guard families and is working with the Special Olympics.
Leading (Prov 28:10) • Our secondary students are competing in Athletics, Fine Arts, and Academic competitions through the Missouri State High School Activities Association. • Our students are regularly speaking at public events: chapel, annual banquet, video productions and classrooms. • Our varsity girls’ volleyball team won our first state championship. • Our National Honor Society continues to stress academic rigor, character and service. • Our Student Council is developing student leaders.
