Mamaw's Banana Pudding
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
2 cups milk
1 box vanilla wafers
3-4 bananas
Directions:
Chop bananas into quarter-inch thick coins. Align wafers topped with chopped bananas along the bottom and sides of a glass serving dish. In 2 qt. saucepan, mix flour and sugar. Add eggs and stir until mixed well. Add milk and flavoring, and cook on low stirring constantly. When pudding begins to thicken, pour over wafers and bananas. Top with wafers and any leftover bananas. Chill before serving.
