United Electric Cooperative’s bank account draft process is the most convenient way to pay your electric bill and gives the security of knowing your bill is paid on time.

When paying your bill online, please have the following information ready:

Reading your Bill

KWH: The total number off electric usage hours you were charged during the billing cycle.

Service Availability Fee: A minimum daily charge to have access to electrical service. Electric rates determine the daily amount.

OnPeak: 6:00am-8:00am & 4:00pm-8:00pm

Off Peak: All other hours

Electric Subtotal: The total of all charges that equals what you need to pay for the billing cycle.

Off-Peak and On-Peak electricity pricing gives a valuable opportunity to take control of energy use and electricity bills. Time based decisions are voluntary to Take Control & $ave while electricity is on sale 75% of each day. The program enables people to choose when they power up appliances based on electricity prices and make decisions that can both save money and reduce the use of natural gas/coal. United Electric currently has a two-part flat rate structure, meaning customers pay a set price per kilowatt throughout the day.
