READER RECIPES: Summer Squash Slaw 2 yellow summer squash, julienned 2 zucchini, julienned 1 red bell pepper, julienned 1 green bell pepper, julienned 1/3 red onion, thinly sliced 2 Tbsp. apple cider or white vinegar

1 Tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. celery salt 1/4 tsp. pepper

In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over squash mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate an hour before serving.
