MEET JOSH BUTLER

Joshua M. Butler is a Vice President, Mortgage Loan Originator and a native of Huntsville, Alabama. Josh graduated from Grissom High School and continued his studies at The University of Alabama.

Professionally, Josh is a mortgage banker specializing in construction perm loans and new construction. Personally, he is honored to be a husband, a proud father, and a friend to many.

Having built a home with wife Keri Brooke Butler, in the McMullen community allows Josh the opportunity to adhere to one of his childhood goals; returning to Huntsville to raise a family and serve his hometown community. Keri is originally from Baton Rouge and Josh uses her Cajun heritage to keep himself in focus. To know this couple is to love them and although they are competitive in their own positions, it leads to a higher passion in everything they do. The two just celebrated their son, Finn’s, third birthday.

Josh enjoys working to offer his clients southern hospitality and relating to and understanding their lending needs. The minute you meet him you feel like you are family and this is a part of his professional charm. Whether clients need a refinance or a new loan, Josh relates his work ethic to his memories of growing up in the South. He is a true outdoor enthusiast with a family motto of, "families that hunt together, fish together and pray together, stay together". Just maybe not in that order.
