Giuseppe Verdi’s Requiem Sacramento Choral Society & Orchestra Saturday, May 14, 8 p.m. SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center, 1301 L St. • sacramentochoral.org This dramatic performance features soloists Jennifer Forni, Linda Baird, Robert Breault and Timothy Jones, and guest chorus Schola Cantorum of Sacred Heart Church, a memorial tribute to restaurateur Biba Caggiano and a performance of the Ukrainian national anthem.
