Build a path towards a greener building industry

THE PLATFORM for knowledge sharing on sustainable building and architecture

Building Green is the meeting point of the building industry for sustainable building, where network and knowledge are exchanged all year around to accelerate sustainable build. We facilitate relations between partners in the building industry through events, our conferences and our online community Building Green Together.

Building Green is especially known for the large Building Green events, which brings the whole building industry together with professional presentations and exhibitions of sustainable building products and solutions. It is a unique platform, where those with interests for sustainable building and architecture meet with suppliers of green solutions for construction.

In 2025 we are hosting Building Green Copenhagen for the 15th year in a row, where we once again will attract architects, developers, entrepreneurs and other important experts through an ambitious stage program, innovative activity areas and exciting exhibitions, so that we together can make the building industry more sustainable and comply with the large climate and environmental concerns, which our society faces.

You can help push construction down a greener path by showcasing your green products for construction at the event, and exhibit on a stand together with other companies who also wish to push the building industry in a greener direction.

THE MEETING between sustainable exhibitors and relevant actors in the industry

As an exhibitor at Building Green, you get an exceptional possibility to meet with architects, producers, entrepreneurs, housing associations, engineers, developers and other relevant actors in the sustainable building industry.

The concept rests on a high level of credibility, and cooperation with leading organizations and media partners. Among others we have a close partnership with Green Building Council Denmark, Arkitektforeningen, Bygherreforeningen, IDA Byg, The Royal Danish Academy, Realdania et al.

Lokomotivværkstedet, Copenhagen has space for roughly 180 exhibitors with sustainable solutions within building materials and advising, to optimize sustainability through the right choices

Building Green has been held in Copenhagen 14 times before, as well as one time in Oslo, twice in Hamburg and five times in Aarhus.

The number of visitors at Building Green Copenhagen is normally around 8000-9000, and our visitors spend on average four hours at the event. That tells us that our guests take their time to get inspired by the many solutions on show at the stands, as well as that our stages draw in large audiences.

The prices are for stand rental including 1 x registration fee. If you are looking for a larger stand, please contact us for more information. The stands are booked through a first-come-first-serve principal. All prices are in Danish kroner and excluding VAT.

Included in the stand is:

• Light (rig in ceiling), plug (1,8kW), WIFI, wall against the neighboring stands (NB. Island stands do not have walls)

• An app is provided so that you can scan the visitors on your stand

• Free distribution of advertising materials inside your stand

• An optional amount of staff / stand personnel

Marketing

All exhibitors are promoted as part of the general promotion of Building Green through e.g. our own digital channels, the network of our partners, nationwide news pages, magazine publications and newspapers. Your company will be promoted through the many activities described in our communication as listed above.

Furthermore, the following will be included:

• Electronic Building Green banners for your own website, as well as logo and mail signature for your own electronic platforms

• Profiling in an online exhibitor catalogue and on the general overview of the stands inside Lokomotivværkstedet

Arrangement of THE STAND

The stand does not include furniture, carpet, etc. You can arrange it with your products, and you can bring your own furniture. Maximum building heigt inside the stand is 3m high and it is not possible to hang banners over the stands.

Building Green CPH have changed venue from Forum (2024) til Lokomotivværkstedet in 2025, where other rules apply in terms of build-up inside the stands. Therefore, the pictures you see do not correspond to the new rules, since they were taken inside Forum.

If you do not have any furniture for your stand, you will receive access to an online exhibitor portal at a later stage. Here, you are able to rent furniture, carpet, etc. This is a service we provide to all our exhibitors. A team of dedicated personnel in Lokomotivværkstedet, will be ready to guide and help you along the way.

HOW do you get the most out of your message?

As an exhibitor on Building Green, you will be part of something greater, which gives your product awareness in the correct forum for sustainable construction.

During the actual conference, you have the possibility of purchasing speaking time at the Specialist Talk Stage, along with many other digital possibilities for creating more awareness of your brand.

Our main focal point is to keep sustainable construction running all year round, and to bring together the industry inside our community.

Therefore, you have plenty of opportunity to become a part of our community that brings together the building industry across all sectors. You can tailor a campaign, which fits you exactly, or buy individual online exposure.
