CHANGES
on-communicablediseases,suchasheartdisease, Ndiabetes,andcancer,areoneofthesignificant globalhealthchallenges.Thesediseasesare primarilydrivenbylifestylechoices;therefore,the preventionofsuchdiseasesthroughlifestylechangesisone oftheimportantstrategies.Thereisaneedtounderstand howsimplemodificationsindailyhabitsleadtosignificant healthbenefitsinthereductionoftheriskofNCDs.
TheRoleofDietinPreventingNCDs

Similarly,alcoholabusecancauseliverdisease,certain cancers,andpsychiatricdisorders.Avoidingorlimiting alcoholusecansignificantlyreducetheserisks.
CommunityandPolicySupport
Althoughindividuallifestylechangesarenecessaryto preventNCDs,communitiesmustalsostrivetogetherwith effectivepolicyinitiatives.Governmentsandorganizations havetobuildanenvironmentthatadvocateshealthyliving througheasyaccesstorecreationcenters,publicawareness programsaboutnutritionandexercise,andregulationabout noxiousproductssuchassmokingandalcohol.
