Thereisaproliferationof toolsthatarenowavailabletosmall and mid-sized businesses at an affordable price point.That's great,butwhenleftunchecked,bringinginmultipletoolsinto a business can cause inefficiencies. So, we focus a lot on limiting the tool kit by using each tool to its maximum
potential. With fewer handoffs and data residing in multiple systems,wecanbetterstreamlineprocesses.
We employ the same way of thinking within our own company Wethinklongandhardbeforeintroducinganynew technologies. We certainly explore tools that are new to the market so we can evaluate them. Both my partner and I are tech geeks, so we love to experiment. But we do not permanentlyalterourtoolsetunlesssomethingrevolutionary comestomarket.Wewillnotswaptoolsjustbecauseashiny newfeaturecameout.Thevaluepropositionneedstobemuch strongerforustodisruptourWoW!
