Clubnet firmly believes that small businesses can significantly contribute to society and their communities. Small businesses have consistently demonstrated that they are more responsible than giant corporations. They treat their employees better and are more likely to keep them even in tough times; they create jobs and support local economies.

We employ the same way of thinking within our own company. We think long and hard before introducing any new technologies. We understand what it takes to manage a business successfully and efficiently, and we work with leaders to design precision-tailored action plans that help them scale and improve their companies.
It's a great time to be in leadership development. Even if you are not looking to build your own coaching or consulting business, the market for leadership development is growing. Coaching, mentorship, and other development activities are no longer reserved for the "top" echelons of an organization.
A company and a team that supposedly were committed to mental health failed to help me integrated back into the organization. In fact, I felt like an outsider, no longer to be trusted by the team. Plus, having some time off gave me a different perspective on what the workplace was actually like, and I saw clearly how much of a mismatch existed between the corporate culture and my personal and professional Ikigai.
There is a proliferation of tools that are now available to small and mid-sized businesses at an affordable price point. That's great, but when left unchecked, bringing in multiple tools into a business can cause inefficiencies. So, we focus a lot on limiting the tool kit by using each tool to its maximum
I had intended to start my own business for a while, and then, due to COVID-19, my partner and I were both laid off.At first, I could not believe it but once the shock wore off, I realized this was an opportunity for us. We could focus our efforts on building Clubnet and working with people, making sure that other teams do not experience what we experience in the workplace.
What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs who aspire to venture into the leadership development sector?
Companies like BetterUp and GrowthSpace are bringing coaching and personal and professional development to the masses. Mid-level and front-line leaders can now get the support they need to be the best leaders they possibly can be!
in big companies, it was difficult to actually make a difference in employees' lives because you are constantly constrained by the business practices that these organizations have. So, the last two to five years of my corporate life were very demotivating, and I literally saw a team of 300+ people get burnt out. Due to an unfortunate combination of personal and professional challenges, I was very much burnt out too. On the recommendation of my doctor, I took a mental health leave. How do you envision scaling your organization's operations and offerings in 2022 and beyond? Many businesses stall before exponential growth because their leaders do not know how to plan for the future or because they are unable to give up control. Whether looking to scale your business to sell, obtain funding or keep control, it is important to build a brand that goes beyond your personal

he ideation of sprouting an organization is deep-rooted in the philosophy of people-centric leadership. When a corporate establishes an organization to facilitate a solution to an ongoing challenge in the business market, it is not simply about a demand-supply chain. Still, it takes a profound toll on how the workflow management is executed and human resource is managed while satisfying the basic need of the employees too.
But still, the question prevails- ‘What is an organization and how to revamp its culture, and what are its benefits?’
As you step inside a business market, demand supply is the most important mechanism that alters or enhances a business. Be it the good procurement, manufacturing, service facilitation, or a company workflow, the most important stakeholder is the workforce, the organization’s community, and its employees. Henceforth, the growth of an organization depends upon the people-centric leadership and the social policies deployed. Worldwide, different corporates have been indulged in the alarming debate that

When one combines these verticals and maps out the strategy of running an organization, it might look like a hype of chaos. Knowing the intricacies, one might start looking at a one-stop solution that can solve these challenges and form an organized pipeline that smoothens the process.
Inside the organization’s space!
With a heavy workload and intense deadlines, it is natural that employees have to deal with stress issues. A proper channel that increases employee efficiency and supports its people during such stressful situations can help transgress an individual from the horrifying cockpit of mental issues.
Understanding that culture is more like a guiding light for the workflow alignment rather than the red tape to centralize power is the key to moving ahead. So, let us move on to the next segment that speaks about the
Corporate Culture
Culture (meaning): the ways of life, including arts, beliefs, and institutions of a population that are passed down from generation to generation. Culture has been called “the way of life for an entire society.” As such, it includes codes of manners, dress, language, religion, rituals, and art.
As an employer, seeking a benefactor from the employee is not harmful, but no restricting employees’ natural growth has a devastating impact. While managing employees, the cascading growth needs to be acknowledged and celebrated. The growth of each employee in an organization could be subjective, but it is the efforts that must be evaluated than the final results.
The best go-to strategy to have a people-centric approach to the organizational culture and ultimately a holistic growth can prevail than the organization alone being a the ned of the stick!
Answering this dilemma is the article’s next segment –Understanding Culture!
It is essential that traditional celebrations, sports activities, and cultural events are conducted. This connects the employee pool and helps in employee engagement, ultimately building up a culture that connects employees with the organization, its community, and the workflow!
• Health HavingFacilitationadecenthealth policy that also covers consultation and communication for mental ailments is important. The understanding that the organization has a consideration of its employee and their well-being help in solving the challenges met by employees and helps the organization with high productivity.
As a company is established and a community is fostered, there needs to be a subjective consideration of a multitude of situations, individual preferences, social sensitivity, and positive intent to foster the organization’s community as a family rather than a mere transaction of socio-political capitalistic Organizationsconsideration.needtofocus
Imbibing culture in a Business organization
To plot the explanation in a situational mapping, consider a company that follows few rules and regulations about its disciplines but affects employees’ growth or their continuity of jobs if not adhered to. This situation has drastic effects on the employee pool and the organizational culture. The red tapes were once adopted to establish a system, but if the same system is about to break the shackles of an establishment rather than strengthening it, the best solution is to keep guidelines to run a system than the dreadful red tapes and stringent regulations.
If the objective is to provide a positive culture, it is important to consider employees and their well-being at the focal Belowpoint.arethe four guidelines to consider while fostering organizational culture:

on productive solutions rather than stringent red tape to harness these objectives. The employees who work for an agreed shift have an extended social- ecosystem, and if the balance between professional duties and the social ecosystem is not met, it affects their social psyche.

• Facilitating equal opportunity
In such a scenario, it is important to understand the philosophic underpinning and etymology of culture.
As per the defined and known meaning of culture, the way of lifestyle has been the most comprehended understanding, but one might ask- ‘Who defines this way?’ Is it the traditional practices, present necessities, defined principles, or the ever-evolving practices as per the social setting?
concludes that toxic work culture can affect the mental health of not only the employees but also the employer.

What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs who aspire to venture into the leadership development sector?
How do you envision scaling your organization’s operations and offerings in 2022 and beyond?
AI can identify learning goals and individual learning styles, ensuring that employees are receiving a personalized curriculum. AI will help overcome employee queries and even provide accurate answers while enterprises can use chatbots based on AI to help learners get answers to the most common questions. The whole process is carried out in the form of human conversation, just as you chat with a customer care representative.
Our company is embracing developments in AI and modern technologies to stay competitive. AI can analyze huge data sets and derive conclusions using technologies like machine learning and predictive analysis. It can also create learner profiles combining disparate data sources, giving us the competitive edge, we need to win the market of the future.
Just like Google, AI can scan the internet, LMS, your proprietary content, and other sources to auto-suggest the most relevant content. This approach saves learners’ time as they don’t have to manually go through multiple pages of search results for hours.
Starting a training company has been a rewarding process. I have had the privilege of meeting many talented and successful professionals in the field - some from large companies, others from the military, and still others from experience classroom trainers. All have come with valuable insight into my company.
Employeze will make sure that the right foundation, structures, and standard operating processes are put in place to ensure that our staff welfare is well taken of. Our company’s corporate culture is designed to drive our business to greater heights and training and retraining of our workforce is at the top burner of our business strategy.
Technology can now help with training senior-level managers more effectively. New industry studies have found more than half of executives believe their skills development is ineffective. This affects organizations seeking to train current and future leaders, as more business leaders want better soft and hard skills to build organizational capabilities. Though many corporate course offerings exist, course content struggles to tackle critical skills and organizational capabilities. Offering courses through virtual reality can offer insight into these needs.
Among all the workforce generations, Gen Z is one of the hardest to attract for companies. This is because Gen Zs expect their workplaces to coincide with their values, be inclusive of all cultures, facilitate massive learnings, take into consideration their mental health and wellbeing, and be ethical in all forms. All these expectations are of immense importance to a Gen Z candidate, and the lack of any one of

When engaging with Gen Z applicants, it is important that companies communicate the culture of their organization and what values they promote. Gen Z's have to get a sense of inclusion in their workplaces. They must feel like they are a part of the team and that their managers consider them worthy of making decisions. Managers also have to make sure there is synergy between what interests the candidates and what the organization stands for. This transparency will work wonders down the line as it will help attract as well as retain potential employees.

Gen Z’s pays attention to employer branding, and hence workplaces have to create new ways to enhance and communicate their brand image. Organizations need to define and communicate who they are, what their purpose is, and what makes them unique. identified Gen Z as the most stressed generation, attributed to growing up while the world has faced severe global challenges like gun violence, climate change, political instability, racial reckoning, and a pandemic. Great employers will need to ensure Gen Z feels emotionally supported in the workplace through things like regular check-ins and encouragement to practice self-care (although to be clear, that's something all generations could benefit from after the past year).
With the current crisis, it's never been more important to invest in your employee base and make sure every employee is well suited and satisfied with their job. By building internal mobility programs, companies can demonstrate how serious they are about the development and progression of their staff. Every company has to realize that their staff is their most valuable asset, and their happiness will result in the progress of the organization. Hence serious efforts have to be taken so that employees do not choose to leave the organization.
Build internal mobility programs
Here are three ways companies can attract and retain a Gen Z:
Ÿ Mentally Healthy and Safe
Ÿ
The success of your talent attraction strategy will depend on how much you know about them.
Today's GenZ generation gives priority to honesty and transparency. If they cannot trust their leaders, they refuse to work there. GenZ employees feel supported and empowered once they are fully aware of the culture around them. Gen Z is entrepreneurial in nature, and the majority of them value on the face settings in an office. They are willing to stand up to their mistakes if the other person is honest with them. Organizations that are transparent about their company cultures from the hiring process seem more attractable in the market.
Be Transparent with your workplace culture

Let's start with the why. Why is it important to get your team back into the office?
f you're running a business and have been feeling
Whenwould.you are clear on your company values, and you are able to express these to your employees, you give them a “North Star” to guide them during challenging times. The problem is-during the pandemic, many organizations were forced to change, teams were dispersed, and culture was put on the back burner. Now is the time to fix that.
When every headline talks about the benefits of remote working, how can you go against the grain and inspire a shift back to an office-based work environment?
It's all about culture. There is no doubt that, in most instances, there is a clear link between remote working and lacking company culture. We don't need to tell you that hosting team-building exercises over Zoom doesn't quite hit the mark in the same way that full-day in-person training
The truth is if people are earning the same amount of money and their output is the same, in their minds, there is no reason to change their current work situation.
I'm going to explain why it's important to return to the office, I'll help you understand where the resistance you are experiencing is coming from, and I'll share practical tips to help you guide your team back.

In the wake of the pandemic, there has been a worldwide shift in values as people realized that work was not the only thing that mattered. The forced shift to remote work gave many people a work/life balance that they had not experienced before, making things like attending appointments and dropping the kids off at school easier than ever

Trying to Get Your Team Back into the Office? You're Doing it Wrong
Why? Because having a strong company culture is directly linked to increased profits. We also know that it positively impacts productivity. So, if you need to return to the office to improve your company culture, this should be your number one priority.
I frustrated with the lack of enthusiasm to return to the office, you're not alone. Sure, you were flexible in the beginning, but now it's becoming harder to motivate your employees, productivity is waning, and profits are starting to suffer. But why does no one want to come back?

Keep in mind that it's possible that your company's vision, mission, and values have shifted over the past two years. It may be time for a refresh and a program to roll them out to re-inspire your team again.
Also, ensure your managers are having 1:1 meeting with all employees and asking questions about their motivation and desired incentives, and provide a clear communication pathway to get the information back so you can take action.
Leadership training courses and programs let your team know that you back them and their future with the company. Provide access to new skills each year, earmark people for promotions and support them on the journey.
Make it worth their while to travel into the office. Chances are your business has changed over the past two years, and so should the KPIs you set for your team. The best way to understand what incentives they want is to ask your employees. Run a Pulse Survey to find out what is important to them to get some hard data.
If you're struggling with workforce motivation or you're not sure where to start, Leading Edge Global provides solutions for organizations that struggle to meet their objectives. We can work with you to design the right solution to create the most effective workforce, leading your business to higher revenue and profit.
Let people in on your vision
In reality, you're unlikely to be able to convince people to return to the now redundant 9-5, Monday to Friday, fulltime office gig. Therefore, I recommend that businesses formally establish a Hybrid workplace. If you're not willing to be a little bit flexible on the office arrangement, you risk losing your top talent to competitors who promote flexibility. Offering a reasonable amount of flexibility will go a long way to keeping people satisfied, and the key is not to make anyone feel bad about using that flexibility.
Offer a Profit Share
When people see growth and know that profits are being reinvested into the business, they become more engaged. This improves motivation across the board, and it also impacts productivity and wellbeing.
You'll also need to address some employees on a case-bycase basis. Some team members may have moved away and can no longer travel to the office, or they have new childcare arrangements. The key is to listen to their individual needs. If your team members feel heard, then you'll have a much more motivated workforce. And finally, whether you decide to enforce two, three, or four days in the office, the key is to have one “Glue Day”one day every week where everyone in the office comes in so they can engage with the entire team. You'll find morale, productivity, and culture improve when the team is all in one place.
What's the Long-term Solution?
Where To Next?
| March 2022 www.insightssuccess.com34
Explain the plans that you have for your business and make them feel like they are an important part of those plans. When an employee can see the potential in a business, they are more likely to work hard as they know that growth and career progression are possible.
Share the Company Goals
Invest in professional development
instead? Instead of making the return to the office mandatory, you need to inspire your team to return of their own accord.
There are a few key features for an effective Hybrid workforce. We suggest starting back as a pilot and checking in with each employee after two weeks to see how it's going. This will require formal communication channels such as online surveys or 1:1 meetings with their manager, as well as informal channels such as phone calls or coffee chats, just to check how everyone is coping.
Provide New Incentives
Giving your team a piece of the pie aligns employer and employee incentives, increases motivation and loyalty, and fosters greater teamwork. The benefits are far-reaching and ensure your employees are in it for the long run. No matter what size your business is, rewarding your employees for working together for a common goal is a win-win.
