usinesses have always been thought of being more about making money and less about everything else. Stories have always been afloat about how the businessmen would go to any extent ignoring people just to rake some more profits. But change, being the only permanent, businesses too has had a facelift and the beneficiary is the human life. Employees or workforce are now receiving their long due. A company’s admiration or greatness factor is not just dependent on its turnover but also the employee satisfaction index and the workplace environment. The employees have now found their voice and are in a much commanding position than ever before! The competition to get the best minds, the social media network, and the demanding consumerism are all factors that have fuelled the shift of business being more humane. This has resulted in emphasis being put on upliftment and creation of a healthy workplace environment so that the employees are at their productive best.
The Business Necessity of Creating a Healthy Workplace
Healthy Workplace Environment is essential to maintain employee morale, their productivity and overall seamless operations of a company. And by healthy, we mean both physically and mentally. The physical workplace factors involve workstations, chairs, desks, ventilation, lighting, safety measures and more. The mental health indicators are hard to capture and address and include stress, work-life balance, motivation, peer and managerial pressure and other factors. Companies are now investing time and money in providing a healthy workplace environment that is conducive to the overall growth of employees who spend a major part of their day at the workplace. Ergonomic furniture, open spaces, recreational rooms, desk personalization to a certain extent, , creating green and soothing corners, naturally lit and well-ventilated spaces etc. take care of the physical part. To create a mentally satisfying environment, companies are emphasizing on open communication, transparency in managerial processes, flexible schedules, personal and one-to-one counselling, rewards and recognition and more employee engagement activities. Employees are not just working assets of a company but brand ambassadors too. A healthy employee speaks a lot about the company’s repute than a paid advertisement in a leading daily. Companies too now acknowledge that in order to achieve the business goals it is important that its employees are on the same page and creating a healthy environment is the first step in the journey ahead. After all, as Alexander den Heijer, a Dutch inspirational speaker says-“When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.”

Interview With Insights Success
M
obile Phones have become an inseparable part of our life. No doubt they keep us connected with the world, but at times, they can get on one’s nerves and invade our privacy. On any given day, there are about three to four spam and marketing calls we do not want to attend and dozens of messages that we can do without. CallApp is one company with an app to manage such avoidable and unnecessary calls and their idea now reverberates across the world with millions of people using the app to block such intrusion of privacy. In an interview with Insights Success, Amit On, Founder and CEO of CallApp narrates the story of the app that has found its way into millions of mobile phones bringing peace and privacy. 1. Kindly brief us about the company. Enlighten us with the foundation story and a brief detail of the initial days of the company. CallApp Founder and CEO, Amit On, was inspired to start the company after facing a common scenario experienced by almost everyone at some point. In an important meeting, his mobile rang with an unknown number. Amit found himself on the end of a spam call. It was then that he decided that in the 21st century, with caller information already publically available, it made no sense to be

ignorant as to who was calling. This pivotal moment led Amit to launch CallApp, using smart data to create proprietary algorithms which are now the backbone of CallApp. Now every contact and number in your phone is identified and you can carry on with your business without the hassle of spam calls. 2. Brief us about the Founder/CEO of the company? Share with us the struggle or hardship story that worked as the strength behind the success of the company. Amit started his journey at a young age, starting his first tech company, a popular BBS, at age 14. A few years later at 16, the internet arrived and changed his life forever. While still in high school, Amit worked for two different startups, both later acquired by larger companies. At 18, Amit’s passion and leadership qualities landed him a position in the IDF’s Special Intelligence Technology Unit. After the IDF, Amit joined a startup called Followap as a developer. Once again, Amit excelled in his work and climbed the ladder to become Chief Architect. Followap was then acquired for approximately $140M by US company Neustar. Following his successes at Followap, he joined the startup Amobee as the company’s CTO for four years. After years of hard work, Amobee was acquired by Singtel for approximately $340M. When Amit decided to create CallApp, it was out of a profound desire to empower
people with more caller contact information, all in one easy place. 3. Please tell us about the business model you follow and the service you provide that makes the company unique in the mid of the cut-throat competition. What makes CallApp unique is that we truly provide the best Caller ID service on the market. CallApp is the whole package, providing a fullblown communication ID including phone call, text message, WhatsApp message identification among others. CallApp is a fully personalized experience that lets you see exactly who is calling, displaying their name, mutual friends and photos. It’s a unique experience for each person, with details customized to the user. We are constantly improving our service, enhancing the app to offer users the best possible CallerID experience alongside multiple new features including our latest, Incognito Calls – a revolutionary new privacy measure. 4. Tell us about the services you provide through your venture. The CallApp Platform connects each phone to its universal social contact book of over three billion phone numbers using algorithms to identify people and businesses. The CallApp community defends one another by reporting spam calls, so these reported numbers are instantly blocked for other users. CallApp can
19
recognize any number that goes through your messaging apps. You can put a name, profile and context to those nameless numbers. The most advanced and highest quality Call Recorder on the market for free is available within our app. CallApp recently launched Incognito Calls, which tackles the pressing concern of privacy issues in the call space. With the ability to easily switch to Incognito, callers can make private calls with total security, having the confidence to call and speak securely with no call tracking data captured. This is just one example of CallApp’s constant strive towards improvement. 5. Is your company part of any philanthropic service? CallApp has long been involved in an international internship program that gives graduates a taste of the start-up ecosystem. CallApp prides itself on providing young people with invaluable skills in all areas of the high-tech field. The company welcomes and nurtures young talent from all over the world. From the outset, CallApp has hosted interns from diverse countries and backgrounds and fostered invaluable opportunities to learn and grow in their careers. Interns leave CallApp with abundant opportunities and many go on to have successful careers in the industry. Our current Product Marketing Manager started as an intern with CallApp, learning about the industry from the ground up, only to assume the position of manager within half a year. 20
6. Where is this company different than others in terms of everyday work culture? We are not just a team of average developers. The leads of our Research and Development team have all had lead roles in their country’s Special Intelligence Technology Units. They bring a wealth of experience combined with a shared vision to constantly deliver the best product to the market. As a company, we also have a fun, relaxed workplace including our beloved office dog, Shakira. 7. Brief us about the future of the company or the goal it has set to mark its exceptionality in future. CallApp has helped revolutionize the communication experience. We have helped further mobile technology and have established ourselves as a strong leader in the Industry. We see ourselves as pioneers in shaping mobile communication in this new era of innovation we are experiencing. From our start as simply a Caller ID app, we have been able to tap in and greatly expand into the vast communication categories including contacts, spam blocking, call recording, social dialer, amongst others. Our dedicated team is endlessly working on way to increase the UX and value for each user. 8. Advise for the budding entrepreneurs who are trying to embark in the same field.
leaders is simple - never give up. According to CEO and Founder, Amit On, “There are times when you will fail, but this is a learning curve. You need to get back on your feet and give it another shot. Nothing perfect is done on the first try”. Amit also believes that since every industry is growing at an exceptional rate, being able to adapt to any circumstance is a must for leaders in the 21st century. Also, he mentioned that reliability is essential, “You need to say what you mean and mean what you say”. Amit believes that in the workplace, as with anything in life, you need to be confident in yourself in order to prosper. 9. The accomplishments and acknowledgements of the company. CallApp was selected as one of the Top 20 World’s Most Promising Start-Ups by TechCrunch. CallApp was also a finalist at TechCrunch Disrupt NYC and selected by Microsoft, IBM & Qualcomm as one of the most innovative & promising Israeli companies. CallApp is currently the most liked Caller ID app in the world. We greatly appreciate our over 50 million users and our community as a whole. The amount of innovation we are preparing to release in the upcoming quarters is going to be industry changing. The communication industry has room for infinite growth and we see ourselves as a company paving the way for the future.

Otodato
Bridging Gaps for Connected Vehicles
H
aving a new technology is good, but getting that technology to work at the lowest level is the greatest thing. The Internet of Things (IoT) is being touted as the next big thing, but for that it truly needs to reach the masses. The following Interview with the Co-founder & CEO of Otodato, Rajan Malhotra, shows us how the company is bridging the huge gap in the adoption of IoT in the Indian Automobile Sector through its value added services platform. 1. Kindly brief us about the company. Enlighten us with the foundation story and the brief details of the company’s initial days? Unlike any other startup idea story, ours is however unconventional. Instead of having a eureka moment, our CEO, Rajan, spent a lot of time and effort into research of the idea behind this thought. With a fair understanding of the IoT market and working closely with the industry stakeholders for about 6-7 months, he managed to discover huge gaps in the adoption of IoT in the Indian automobile sector. This motivated him to convert this challenge into a business opportunity. Hence the idea of Otodato was shaped and it became first of its kind valueadded service (VAS) platform for connected vehicles. 2. Brief us about the Founder/CEO of the company. What kind of ethics and principles of working does he/she observe while running the business? Rajan has some core beliefs that set the foundations for our company, wherein people hold the utmost value. We
22
strive to add value to people’s lives both internal i.e. our employees & external i.e. our customers and partners. This is the guiding principle on which we want to build our organization. We know we are a young company and not every prospect is going to be converted that’s why we celebrate rejections in a bar and get ready for the next battle, but we also love to get into the conference room to plan the next steps when we encounter success. According to his principles, it’s the smaller achievements that make a difference and the larger ones are just the resultants of the hours of effort that our team puts in to achieve a series of small goals. We believe business flourishes when we add value to the lives of our customers. He follows the saying that “There is no Grey in Honesty; only Black or White.” 3. Please tell us about the services that make the brand unique in the mid of rigorous competition? In the current scenario, because of the absence of the right channels, even the already connected vehicles are unable to access telematics-based value-added services which are loaded with advanced features like pay-asyou-use, sensor-generated alert based proactive delivery, personalized service offerings, and dynamic pricing as per user. We are just trying to fill in this gap and use it to our best advantage. Our team has already set a list of goals what we need to achieve by the next year which includes increasing our vehicle base to 3,00,000 vehicles and multiplying our VAS offerings. We also expect the market to mature and for telematics to go beyond fleet management and vehicle tracking. Our aim is to develop a specialized ecosystem of VAS that helps the owners of connected vehicles to make their ownership experience

even more rewarding one. We expect that our IoT based VAS marketplace would enable these services so as to extract the most value from the vehicle telematics data. 4. Tell us about the business policies, the agendas you follow. Brief us about the future of the company or the goal it has set to mark its uniqueness in the future. Please share with us about the current industry scenario from your perspective? In India, currently, only 12 per cent of the market is really interested in advanced telematics. Hence the OEMs today are rethinking their features and add VTS services as a standard in the new upcoming commercial goods transportation vehicle systems as a driving force in the market. With the ever growing market and internet speeds increasing by the hour, a huge opportunity for telematics shall surface that allows the utilization of more advanced data like video and sound coupled up with the basic GPS services. This would open up new dimensions on both consumer and enterprise fronts. As 2018 comes to an end we have already witnessed a trend amongst the four-wheeler manufacturers who have launched their connected vehicle programs in the Indian market. Through platforms like us, vehicles manufacturers would be able to provide a host of VAS, giving the consumers a totally different but positive experience of owning the vehicle. Overall, 2018 was a year full of ups and downs, difficult but crucial decisions, and full of challenges which are common in the first year of any venture. But we sailed through and caught these challenges and converted them into business opportunities. 5. The accomplishments and acknowledgements of the company? Our partnership with one of India’s largest insurance companies to offer insurance products to the vehicles connected on our platform was a major accomplishment and this marked our big step into the industry and has instilled confidence in our team. However, this idea wasn’t accepted by the market at first as it didn’t completely comprehend this thought. However, our conviction didn’t drop and we ended up onboarding 60,000+ commercial vehicles. We also signed our first vehicle manufacturer to offer multiple VAS to their end customers in the month of December 2018. 6. What kind of wellness program your organization has introduced to take care of the physical and mental health of your employers. Share your views on “Healthy work environment for any enterprise”? Being a young venture, avoiding stress is impossible; hence we strive to achieve a secure and effortless environment. Our team is the true reflection of our company and we follow the principle that a healthy employee is not only more productive but also represents a healthy company. We promote a healthy lifestyle with a work-life balance. We are integrating wellness target program for each team member in our appraisal system. This program goes well beyond just counting the steps. We believe that workplace health and wellbeing programs not only have a positive impact on our team’s wellness, but they also are a great team engagement platform which leads to an increase in cohesiveness and overall productivity. We encourage our team members to practice meditation, yoga, and sports for a healthier body and mind.

Available, Adaptable and Online: An Insight into Business During the Information Age
B
usiness has always been related to certain aspects like product, price, place, promotion and people. What has transformed in the last few years is the perception of businesses and the probability with which consumers frequent a place for their needs. This led to a major transformation in the way people have been doing business along with the way businesses are being perceived by the consumers. What has always remained constant is the need for convenience and facilitation of consumer wants. This needed the availability of businesses to provide with the facilitation of the services or products where the consumers want them to be. Adapt or Perish Adaptability has always been the core essence of evolution, whether it was for any species in particular or for business. The crux of staying relevant in the age of information is to be there where your consumers are; as per the TRAI performance indicator report of 2017 – 18 India has over 400 million internet / broadband subscribers of which more than 300 million are broadband subscribers and almost the same number are urban subscribers. Average penetration of the users in the urban centres is close to 70% and the growth percentage on an annual basis is around 5% which means that the online consumer base is both vast and is growing steadily. Being a Click Away Online Businesses are those businesses 32
which are either directly a pure click company or a brick and click company with facilities of E-Commerce and Facilitation going beyond the Dot Com Bubble of the United States from 19952000 where the idea of businesses going online with their own websites and online presence without much of thought led to too many businesses doing the same thing together and collectively failing. What changed during that time was a few businesses that felt the need to take the Online business idea and convert it into a business model that is living and breathing. With the back-end support mechanism that can sustain the operations of online businesses. Websites like Google, Amazon, eBay started as facilitators and search platforms for products, information and services but slowly adapted to the changing expectations of their consumer base along with enhancement of their user experience by studying their buying behaviour and putting an effort in the fulfilment of the expectations by diversifying their offerings. What changed in the early second decade of the Millennial Age into Post Millennials or Generation Z is the expectation of consumers who were well versed with using computers for all their needs and started asking all sorts of questions on “Google” like why can’t a certain product be delivered at my doorstep or what is the name of the most popular restaurant in my area. These questions needed answering and came the large army of
discovery apps where consumers were searching for helpful applications on their mobile phones and using them with the relevance of their tasks getting done and wishes being fulfilled. In our experience, this led to a lot of businesses trying to shift from their regular business models that were dependent on walk-ins and traffic in the stores to visits on their pages on social media and orders on their listings. Being There for the Customer Always The whole idea behind this paradigm shift is the simple notion of being where the consumer is and staying relevant by virtue of providing them with what they expect out of your business. The ones who have made themselves relevant by their offerings are seeing stable growth and sustainability, unlike the ones who have not come out of their comfort zones and are complaining about things changing too fast. The consumer is changing and so the businesses need to change with them. Businesses that meet the expectations of their customers and businesses that adapt to market trends, as well as consumer buying behaviour, are the ones that will see a good future and adaptability will go a long way. The change in expectations and requirements of the consumers also led to change in the vital prerequisites that are required for doing business which is difficult to comprehend yet extremely important.

ith each passing day numerous companies are registered across the world that is built around ideas that promise to be unique. How many of them actually go forward and register themselves in the mind of people is an enigma. It is comparatively easier to open a business or company rather than actually making it work which requires more than just hard work and plain luck. The News Makers Most of the prolific business magazines build up their list of businesses that they find admiring every year. Some people agree to it and several others differ. This also raises the question as to what makes a company truly admiring. Is it the work culture, the people, the management, the infrastructure or all of them? Given the diversified category of companies one can admire, it is hard to put one’s finger on one single trait. Instead, what we can ponder over is a set of characteristics and a company’s way of working that can help it in becoming an admired company. Sneak Peek into the Making So here’s what one can expect from a great company. Core Values and Ideas of a company define it. They form the foundation of the company’s brand and find an encore in its actions. Their ideas are strong enough to shape the competition, the employees and the customer. The values and ideas must be communicated to all the stakeholders including customers through words and actions. Staying true to the core values will inspire everyone involved to stay true even in difficult times. Focus on Long-term Goals is another characteristic. In this fiercely competitive, fast-paced and changing world, it is tempting and easy for a company to change its strategies, policies and goals based on the current trend. While that may prove beneficial momentarily and monetarily, it does no good to the brand creation. Being confident of its own values, ideas, and goals creates a culture and a positive collaboration between all stakeholders and empowers the company to make meaningful decisions based on long-term goals and prosperity. Empowered Employees are the strength of an admirable company. It is important to hire quality people, even if it means paying more for them. It is then equally important to empower them, assign responsibility, train and provide the necessary tools to them to have them give their best. Taking care of individual needs, giving employees a space to prosper and helping them in managing their work-life balance puts them in a position to succeed and enrich the company. January 2019|

Customer Experience is imperative because ultimately it is the response of the customers that make or break a company. Good customer service, long-term client relationship, economic value for customers, being memorable is all building blocks of an admirable company. Customer satisfaction should be measured regularly and those able to delight them should be rewarded suitably too. Handling Social Responsibility by a company impacts the way the society and customers perceive it. Supporting the community, government, and environment is as important as raking profits in today’s world. Being in touch with the community lets a company understand its problems and give ideas as to how best can the company help create solutions. Creativity and Consistency are another set of key characteristics of an admired company. An admired company looks to itself and the surrounding to create new ideas, solutions and innovations which are a first for the world. It doesn’t give in to the pressure of outside world of recreating things and solutions that are trending. It is capable of holding out on its own. People admire a company based on different reasons including nationality, products, the usefulness of products, interactions with the company, and societal preference. It is a matter of perspective. But the mentioned characteristics reverberate across the barriers. A company’s image is a sum product of its activities, solutions, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, societal responsibility and more. Each feature adds to or subtracts from the overall performance of the company. While it’s easy to identify and understand what is to be done in order to be admired, the difficulty lies in actual implementation and holding on to them. Once a company gets past those teething issues, there’s no stopping it in being a subject of global admiration. -Sneha Sinha

Successful ENTREPRENEUR Strategies to be A
L
ife today is fast-paced and exciting. With lights, glamour, lifestyle, money, recreation, and humankind in general fuelled by technology and people who took upon themselves to redefine the world. The world has seen eminent scientists, inventors, creators, entertainers, and entrepreneurs who have changed the course of the society and the world. The role of entrepreneurs has been and is increasingly becoming more and more significant. Defining an Entrepreneur So who exactly is an entrepreneur? If one goes by the dictionary definition then an entrepreneur is an individual who sets up a new business taking a personal and financial risk in hope of making profits. He or She is often perceived as an innovator who generates new ideas, services and/or products for customers or society. An entrepreneur is seen as an initiator, decision maker, risk taker and great

Success Mantra motivators. They are seen as a key to an evolving and economically growing society. They are facilitators who have the power to get together people who have the skills necessary to anticipate present as well as future needs and give them the necessary resources to cater to those needs. They are individuals who are motivated not just by money and profits but a sense of achievement that comes with serving humankind. Strategies for Becoming a Successful One With growing technology, demanding customers and a general economy that is very fertile, the number of entrepreneurs and their ventures is on a rise. But not all of them succeed. Those who make it big are gratified with money, fame, and even more opportunities. But those who fail, become less prevalent and sometimes lost in the crowd. So what sets a successful entrepreneur apart and makes him/her stand out is a question many budding entrepreneurs take their time to mull over. The world is divided over such opinions. While there is no fixed recipe to success, here are some strategic ingredients that have proven their mettle in the making of a successful entrepreneur. Following One’s Heart is the first and foremost thing that one can do. Feeling self-motivated to start and take risk is the first and most defining step that one can take towards entrepreneurship. It always makes sense to start a venture focussing on something one loves to do. Starting a development centre serves no purpose if one has a flair for say photography. An entrepreneur has to put in long hours to establish the venture, so choosing a work that one already loves to do shouldn’t sound like work at all.
initially helps in catering to the unique requirement, understanding its nuances, and better visibility of one’s new products due to lesser competition. It helps a business to create a new and substantial customer base to grow into bigger markets. The Client is the King and must be treated with all due respect and adulation. It is essential to take time out and listen to what the customer, i.e. end customer or business client, has to say. The feedback, however small, must be taken and pondered over to make the offering better. Entrepreneurs need to connect with clients in their preferred manner and made to feel valued. A valued customer makes for a valued product and entrepreneur. Embrace Change as stagnancy does no good. An entrepreneur aims at bringing change via the venture’s products and services and must be ready to adapt to changing times and demands. Being flexible and adaptive in response to customer’s demands and competition’s offering is essential to keep the venture floating. Entrepreneurship is not an easy task. But that’s what it is about, taking up challenges to bring change. The world is a great stage and has space for every individual. All it takes is courage and strategy for an entrepreneur to make his or her mark on this stage. Entrepreneurship puts one in a driver’s seat and makes them accountable to customers, employees, stakeholders, family and everyone involved closely or remotely. Staying focused on the goal, sensing changing demands and being flexible is the key to success in these changing and emerging times. -Sneha Sinha
Know Thy Competition is another important strategy. As an entrepreneur, one has to study the competition in the chosen field understanding their product, services, market, pricing, and clients too. It will help in deciding a better price, strategy and marketing method for one’s own product. Minding One’s Money is vital because of it being a powerful yet limited resource in the initial days. It is important for an entrepreneur to know where his or her money is going and how is it working. One must know where the money is coming from, where is it going, the bottom-line profits and how best can it be conserved. Most successful entrepreneurs confess to living frugally in their initial years of stepping into the market to be able to deal with rough patches that can come unannounced. Finding One’s Space by venturing into a niche and small market at first is essential. Focussing on a small market January 2019|

Tattva Studios Let No Story Be Untold “If history were taught in the form of stories, it would never be forgotten.” – Rudyard Kipling, Writer
O
ur days of childhood would have been boring had there not been stories. They helped us grow, imagine, paint our own world with every possible colour, and showed us a way we wanted to live when we grew up. Comic books, cartoons, movies were and are an integral part of growing up and learning. Those characters and their vivid pictures stood them out as our virtual friends. We learnt more about the world and life using our vision and visual memory than just plain reading and writing. With age and responsibilities, the stories fade but remain buried in our memories waiting to surface with time. But some, like Ajay Prakash and Prathap Reddy, refuse to let the stories die and grow up to be Storytellers. The Protagonist The entrepreneur bug bit Prathap early on and even while he attended Animation School, he couldn’t help but dream about making movies, all kinds of movies. Be it animation, 2D, 3D or the largest of them all, that big magnum opus releases on every Friday. The only way forward to chase that dream was to start a venture which would take him all the

way there. So in 2013, he convinced Ajay to put down papers at Tata Elxi to start Tattva Studios. Tattva as a name stands for principles, truth and just. The same ideals are passed on to the company by the Founders. When servicing its clients, the team goes out of the way by working extra hours and helping them achieve their goals which makes them happy and gives the team satisfaction. Developing the Story It all started with one project without even a team. The early days saw the team managing it out with a small office, which had a place for three but six people were stuffed. The Studio has grown in an organic way and is looking forward to building a team doing works on par with MPC’s, Dream Works and Technicolors of the world. Adapting to challenges is an essential part of being a creative agency. Tattva started off by making brand videos, corporate videos using mainly motion graphics, and had to build the company with two verticals. The First Vertical -Motion Graphics managed all the marketing
video requirements of our clients, right from social media videos to their brand videos, events, product videos etc. The second Vertical focused at Visual Effects and Ad films which helped it to get clients in the film industry and Advertising industry where the potential to be a large player is higher. At Tattva, the client knows one thing for sure, anything to do with a video that helps them market their service or products be it for Social, Television or just branding video, or a complete film or web series, it’s a one-stop solution at Tattva. The Central Characters Tattva believes in empowering its employees and adopting a solutionoriented approach. Every individual, from the top line management to the employees, everyone must solve any problem based on work and keep the show running. Until and unless they fail to resolve, that’s when they should approach the management. This keeps the company productive and every individual has to work responsibly. Supporting this approach, Ajay says, “My vision for any company to grow is to help your employees grow along with the company. Be it their financial

growth, or engaging them with new skills or a new creative talent which helps them contribute and end of the day they feel complete.” The company always encourage its teams to balance their work and personal life and keep the primary focus on their physical health by encouraging indoor and outdoor games, team outing etc, Ajay says, “I tell the employees to love what they do, to learn what they like to do and being a creative company, keep dreaming till they become a reality.” The Message to be Shared It’s been five years since Tattva started contributing to the industry. As an entrepreneur, Prathap understands the situations that fellow youngsters face. He counsels them saying “First important thing is to

dream big and believe in it, stay put and get your strategies right from day one.” He advises them to be quick to adapt to changing market demands and not shy away from taking risks. A company should be flexible with the way changes happen. It should change strategies if it’s not working, trying different keys and figuring out which works. Making partnerships is equally important as in the industry; partners grow faster than individual companies. Story… To be continued It’s been five years that Tattva has worked with the IT giants like Infosys and TCS. They have helped it grow from its first project. The Studio’s 2020 goal is to set up its business in LA in the US and London for the UK market. Both these

markets are quintessential for it to build and grow, also tapping into these markets which have multibillion-dollar opportunities. Currently, VFX business is ruled by the bigwigs from the industry, but said that their cost of operation is so high that big filmmakers are slowly looking the outsource way, and India is the place for their films to get all the VFX done without losing on quality. This trend has already begun; it’s a matter time when 30 to 40% of that business will come to companies like Tattva. It is about to release its in-house VFX film and is looking forward to work with Hotstar and Junglee Pictures for a web series and a feature film. And so, Tattva continues to create characters and build stories that will continue to inspire generations.
