We require all guests to register with MyInsight before departing for their holiday. This allows us to tailor your holiday to you and your interests and makes for a seamless travel experience. It only takes a few minutes and we’ll ask you to enter:
• Your contact details whilst travelling, such as your mobile number
• Your travel preferences, including dietary requirements
• Details of someone at home who we can contact in case of emergency
After registration, your electronic documents will be available to download onto your computer or mobile device approximately 21 days prior to your departure.

INSIGHT TRAVEL PROTECTION
Providing you with “any reason” cancellation peace of mind GOLD SEAL PROTECTION PLANS Insight Vacations’ GOLD SEAL ADDITIONAL PROTECTION PLAN costs only $129 per person (payable with your deposit only) and includes:
Most operators are interested in their guests only after they reach their destination. With Insight Vacations, however, you get a great deal even before you leave home. Pre-paid cancellation option: By paying the $129 fee* with your deposit, the full amount of your deposit and/or payment to Insight Vacations will be refunded, should you cancel your trip for any reason prior to 30 days from departure date from New Zealand. This cancellation option covers the land arrangements made by Insight Vacations only. It is not applicable to airline deals.
On your trip: Should you, or your travel companion, leave at any time during the trip for personal sickness reasons or be required to return to New Zealand due to injury, illness or death of an immediate family member, you and your companion will be refunded up to $90 per person, per day for the unused portion of the trip. Please note that in some cases, hotels require a one-night cancellation fee. A medical certificate is required. Return flight security: If you, or a member of your direct family in New Zealand should fall sick while you are on your Insight Vacations trip, we will take care of the additional cost of tickets for your earlier or later return home in the same class of air travel on the first available flight, provided you hold round-trip tickets on Insight Vacations recommended airline(s) booked through Insight Vacations from New Zealand.
If the New Zealand Government MFAT advice for the destination changes to either “High Risk - avoid all tourist and other non-essential travel”, or “Extreme Risk - We advise against all travel”, you may have your deposit and/or payment refunded at any time or you will have the option to carry it over to another Travel Corporation holiday.
Medical certificates as proof of all illness claims must be supplied. *The Gold Seal fee is not refundable for any reason. Please note that travel agent fees and cancellation fees may apply. B y choosing this paperless option, you’re helping us reforest devastated lands. For every guest who receives their travel documentation electronically, Insight Vacations will plant a tree on their behalf in Tasmania with our partners, One Tree Planted.
