We want to inspire you to embrace new talented writers as they will be sharing their stories for the first time. Here at Inspiration 4 Life, we are a judge free zone and love to give others the opportunities to also live their dreams and passions. We have been trying to make this dream come true since 2010 but with so many obstacles in the way, this journey had been on standstill for many years. Nena G ModaArtesanal, comenzo con la inquietud emprender un negocio propio y a su vez poder ayudar a la economia de otras personas. Por eso fue que nuestro negocio esta enfocado en piezas artesanales hechas en Mexico, creadas por personas muy talentosas. Algunas de nuestra ropa y accesorios bordados a mano provienen de Oaxaca y Chiapas, Mexico trabajamos con comunidades indigenas que crean obras de arte, son piezas unicast y en las cuales se ven plasmadas su cultura y tradicciones en sus disenos.
Del estado de Jalisco temenos bolsos de piel cincelados a mano por el disenador Jaac Arnold. Contamos con accesorios hecho en la region de Tepatitlan, y algunos otros en Tabasco. Como empresa queremos apoyar el talent mexicano y asi poder contribuir a a la economia de una familia. Creemos en el apoyo mutuo y en el trabajo en equipo.

No, it’s not in my diaper, But that needs changing, too! I have a poem to let you know How lucky Mommy and I are, Because when it comes to daddies, You really are a star! Thanks for taking care of me With cuddles and silly songs. Thanks for settling me back to sleep, The nights they can be long. One day I’ll be big like you, And strong and smart and brave. What is that intrinsic quality that defines those who simply suffer versus those who overcome it? Fortitude! That mental and emotional strength to stand in the face of difficulty and adversity choosing to press on. What qualifies me to speak to you about overcoming adversity? Experience. Continually. Here’s my backstory: In May 2008, I was officially diagnosed with Crohn’s-Colitis after experiencing a three-year health decline with unanswered questions. Being a military family, we were stationed in Japan when it began with my husband being gone for 7-9 months stretches each year for four years. At the time, I was homeschooling two very active young men. I felt helpless, unsupported and depended upon strangers for the most personal of assistance. This wreaked havoc on my frame of mind.
For six long years, I battled with a ravaged and uncooperative body, while having to keep the home-front together. Married, but feeling alone. Emotionally withdrawn.. Whose fault was this? Or as they say, was this simply the luck of the draw? My epiphany came in 2014, where everything began to shift. I was at a crossroad. I was spent from the tears, but what did that accomplish? After being hospitalized for the second time in a seven-week period, I began a detailed self-analysis. “Is this the sum of my life?” “Am I really going to become a slave to this?” “This can’t be all I was created for?” “Is this really who I am?” “Am I willing to sit around waiting for this to control my life?” “What life?” At the end of January 2015, after being hospitalized yet again due to the disease, I made a conscious decision that I was done spinning my wheels and going nowhere. Who was this woman lying here just allowing this disease to dictate her life? Being passive and defined solely based on her circumstances? Losing her identity, her sparkle, her resilience, her zest and zeal for life? A mere shell of her former self. Well, no more! It was time to become the storm! No more “noble” self-sacrifices. No more taking care of everyone BUT myself. No more settling. All of those suppressed dreams, desires and goals began to resurface. When faced with one’s mortality, there is a clarity that only that experience can give. This became the moment of truth. What do I do with all of this unfulfilled potential, should I let it live…or die? I may not be able to change the disease but I could change who I was with the disease. I began a Journey to Me. What did I want accomplished in my life? What didn’t I want? I began for the first time in a long time to dream, to hope again, believe again – in who I was created to be. No more hiding in shame, guilt and pain. No more living my life in neutral. No more wishing…. I began to research the correlation between your thoughts and your behavior. I began working on my thought-life because it was determining my emotions and my behavior.

activate the strength and brutal honesty necessary to rise from the ashes; succumbing to feelings of isolation; alone in crowded room. I am here to tell you, “You are not alone!”
As I was working on myself and nurturing who I was and who I would become, I began to observe that so many others around me were living as I had been, in “half-wake slumber”. They were taking whatever comes their way and performing not out of desire, but out of a victim mentality. They were not embracing the mental and emotional strength needed to overcome and live a life of unlimited possibilities. They were existing and not thriving, filled with misery, frustration, sometimes anger, trapped and alone within the confines of their minds. And so, Nicole Bowe-Rahming, The Fortitude Coach was birthed. As a serial-entrepreneur I began to look at how many times I had given up on my businesses, putting others first and allowing life to throw roadblocks my way. How many times had I not fought for what was mine? My dreams, my goals, my wants and desires, my business. Then I realized that I wasn’t alone. So many women want more but are ashamed of the fact that they do OR they don’t believe that they have what it takes to make it work, OR they refuse to

My commitment is to inspire a Radically Empowered, Authentic, Limitless (R.E.A.L) movement of women who aren’t afraid or ashamed to be B.A.D. (Bold, Abundant and Driven), in business. First however, we must realize and embrace the fact that our circumstances don’t define who we are. Our thought-life and maintaining the “freedom to choose” is more important than we have ever imagined. As women we must not be afraid to dream and take intentional, consistent action to realize those dreams. “Sisters, focusing on yourselves isn’t selfish but the most selfless thing you can do.” I refuse to allow my disease to define me. I chose to allow it to refine me. I choose daily to adapt, conquer and overcome in order to become who I need to be in order to release all of who I was created to be. This is my life’s work! Nicole Bowe-Rahming, better known as The Fortitude Coach, is a native of the Bahamas, a 26-year US Navy spouse, and owner of The Fortitude Institute. The Fortitude Institute focuses on Behavioral Intelligence Training. Nicole resides in Converse, Texas with Michael, her husband of 26 years and her two amazing young men, Michael and Gabriel. Nicole Bowe-Rahming earned a B.S. in Business, with a concentration in Human Resource Management. As a Certified Life and Confidence Coach, Certified DISC Behavior Instructor and International Speaker, she has enthusiastically inspired and challenged audiences for over 20 years.
