When the music commences, the Convocation to be upstanding for the arrival of the Arts University Bournemouth’s Academic Members and Senior Officers.
Alumni, Aderopo Afolabi, to lead the Academic Procession and Senior Officers’ Procession led by the Principal and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Paul Gough, bearing the University’s ceremonial Mace.
The Chancellor, Professor Sir Christopher Frayling, to declare the Ceremony open and the Principal and Vice-Chancellor to give the welcome address.
Members of Arts University Bournemouth to present the Honorary Fellows for conferment, who will, in turn, respond.
The Principal and Vice-Chancellor to call upon members of Arts University Bournemouth to present candidates for awards and Endowment Prize winners.
The Principal and Vice-Chancellor to introduce the Arts University Bournemouth Students’ Union President who will, in turn, respond.
The Chancellor to address the assembly.
The Principal and Vice-Chancellor to address the assembly and declare the proceedings closed.
The Convocation is invited to stand as the procession leaves the stage.
