Get to Know Us

Gretchen was born and raised in Ohio and graduated from Ohio University with a BA in Marke�ng. She brings it all when working with her clients to help them achieve their real estate goals and dreams. Nego�a�on for smooth transac�ons is at the top of her priority list and her clients can rest easy knowing that Gretchen is giving 100+% to get the job done with the utmost care.

In her free �me, you will find Gretchen cheering on the sideline for her two adorable, energe�c boys who play lacrosse, football, and basketball. She has a passion for the Colorado outdoors – hiking, biking, and enjoying a great concert at Red Rock.

Tracey was born and raised in the Chicago area and graduated from Purdue University in West Lafaye�e, Indiana with a BS in Business Management. She has been a home buyer and seller in 5 states, and thanks to that life experience, she has a clear understanding not just of how stressful this life change can be, but how much a really posi�ve real estate rela�onship can help with the transi�on. Tracey employs a no‐pressure approach, will never compromise service for volume and is known for being pa�ent, fun and a true advocate for her clients.
