This favorite is incredibly easy to make and will make you look at broccoli in a completely different way. It's creamy, cheesy, and has full servings of vegetables, making it an ideal and affordable dinner go-to.
INGREDIENTS
• 500g bag of bowtie (also commonly known as farfalle) pasta • 2 cans of Campbell's (or other brand) cream of broccoli cheese soup • 1 cup of milk • 2 cups of shredded cheese • 2 cups steamed broccoli • Panko (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Fahrenheit. In a large saucepan, mix together the cans of soup and milk and heat it on medium heat, stirring it occasionally. Steam the broccoli and then add it to the soup and milk mixture. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta as the package directions say. Once it is done, add it to the saucepan and thoroughly combine the broccoli and soup sauce with the pasta. In a 9x13 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper, evenly spread the pasta and sauce mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. If you want it to have a crunchy crust, add panko. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese on top is all melted.
