This favorite is incredibly easy to make and will make you look at broccoli in a completely different way. It's creamy, cheesy, and has full servings of vegetables, making it an ideal and affordable dinner go-to.

INGREDIENTS

• 500g bag of bowtie (also commonly known as farfalle) pasta • 2 cans of Campbell's (or other brand) cream of broccoli cheese soup • 1 cup of milk • 2 cups of shredded cheese • 2 cups steamed broccoli • Panko (optional)

DIRECTIONS

 Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Fahrenheit.  In a large saucepan, mix together the cans of soup and milk and heat it on medium heat, stirring it occasionally.  Steam the broccoli and then add it to the soup and milk mixture.  Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta as the package directions say. Once it is done, add it to the saucepan and thoroughly combine the broccoli and soup sauce with the pasta.  In a 9x13 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper, evenly spread the pasta and sauce mixture. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. If you want it to have a crunchy crust, add panko.  Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese on top is all melted.
