INGREDIENTS

• 2 cans crescent roll dough

• 1 can blueberry pie filling

• 12 oz fresh blueberries

• Powdered sugar

• Brie or other soft cheese–use what you have and experiment!

Instructions

 Pre-heat oven to 350º F. Mix the fresh blueberries with the pie filling.

 Roll out the crescent roll dough into 8 squares.

 Pinch the diagonal seam together so the filling does not spill out.

 Place a slice of brie or other soft cheese on one side of each rectangle.

 Spoon blueberry mixture on top of cheese–about 2 tablespoons, then fold over and pinch around edges.

 Double-check all seams to make sure your turnovers are completely sealed.

 Bake at 350º F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

 Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
