SEMI-HOMEMADE Blueberry and Brie Blueberry and Brie

INGREDIENTS
• 2 cans crescent roll dough
• 1 can blueberry pie filling
• 12 oz fresh blueberries
• Powdered sugar
• Brie or other soft cheese–use what you have and experiment!
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350º F. Mix the fresh blueberries with the pie filling.
Roll out the crescent roll dough into 8 squares.
Pinch the diagonal seam together so the filling does not spill out.
Place a slice of brie or other soft cheese on one side of each rectangle.
Spoon blueberry mixture on top of cheese–about 2 tablespoons, then fold over and pinch around edges.
Double-check all seams to make sure your turnovers are completely sealed.
Bake at 350º F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
