YOUTH PROGRAMS
• FOUNDATIONS: Monday - Thursday at 9:30am • Monday + Wednesday at 5:00pm
A game based class which teach kids to climb, jump, balance, and run to improve coordination and confidence. Located in Youth Activity Center.
• SUMMER TRI-KIDS:
Starting July 9th
Children learn the skills of running, biking, and swimming. It’s a great opportunity for kids to learn the art and fun of triathlon.
• ATHLETIC TRAINING:
The PASS program is a progressive strength and conditioning program, beginning with PASS JV then to PASS Varsity offered monthly.

YOUTH FITNESS
JUNE 1 - JULY 29 | AGES 6-13
• AQUA KIDS: Mon + Wed at 9:15am in the 8-lane pool.
Includes games and fun water activities. Children must be able to swim to attend. • DANCEFIT: Mon + Wed at 1:00pm in Mind Body.
Fun, high energy dance class including CIZE, Country Heat, Zumba and more!
• KIDS CIRCUIT: Mon + Wed at 1:00pm in Studio 1
Kids will work together and independently to move through fun fitness circuits while working up a sweat! • KIDS YOGA: Tue + Thu at 1:00pm in Mind Body
Filled with movement and postures geared at integrating mind and body. A yoga mat is needed for this class. • KIDS SPIN + STRONG: Mon + Wed at 11:00am in Spin Studio
Include classic spin with bodyweight interval exercises. Sign up for a spin bike at the front desk up to 30 minutes prior to class. Six small bikes suitable for children 4'8" and under are available, children 4'8" and up can ride the standard bike.
