Here Comes The Bride Wedding Guide
Ideas - Discounts - Resources
Weddings are in full swing, and we are here to help you plan your DREAM wedding!
Our vendors have been selected to guide you in every step of the planning process. From dresses and DJs to venues and caterers, we have it all.
Being a wedding planner as well as the editor of “Here Comes The Bride”, helps me to better understand the needs and requests of our brides-to-be. One question that is often asked is full-service weddings verses choosing your own vendor type wedding. Choosing your vendors individually ensures that you are creating your own style and often saving money too! Wedding vendors have their own style as well as you, the collaboration makes your wedding “uniquely you”. A good rule of thumb is to have it your way, your vision, and you won’t go wrong!
Happy Planning, Lisa Licciardi, Editor www.bridalshowexpo.org“Don't forget to check us out at www.bridalshowexpo.org for our upcoming bridal shows.”

ENCHANTED RUSTIC WEDDING
Set the mood for a reception full of beautiful blooms, wood and rustic elements and a romantic evening of dancing under the stars.
Velvet table runners in shades of mauve and lilacs with pink napkins tied in baby pink satin ribbon are stunning draped on unfinished wood tables. Accent with spring garden bouquets of
whole new look. Use twine to tie baby’s breath on linen napkins in mint green or choose colors from the centerpieces, like pomegranate or fig.
Antique wood chairs with lace tablecloths over tan linens make a subtle, yet stunning statement. Or, for a budget friendly setting, use painter’s drop cloths under the lace.
Belles of Ireland, peach garden roses, baby’s breath, lilacs and ranunculus, are all among our springtime favorites arranged in white vases or depression glass and allows the monochrome linens to act as a backdrop for the vibrant colors.
For a Shakespearian look, add figs, grapes and pomegranates to your centerpiece.

Scott & Lindsey’s Sto ry
S cott and Lindsey met through the Bumble dating app...something neither one of them ever thought they would explore! Thankfully, it wasn’t long before the two matched and began talking. Their first date was a blast and the two met the following day for lunch. Plans were made again for the next day, but Scott decided a trip to the ER to have his gall bladder removed was more fun. Scott was in the hospital for an entire week and Lindsey visited him each day. It was clear by the end of the week that these two were definitely meant to be together. Six months later, Scott proposed to Lindsey in Cancun. She happily said “YES” with gallons of tears!
Since then, the couple has been settling into their new home they share with Scott’s 95-year-old grandmother and acclimating to their new blended family which includes “his and hers” 20 year old daughters, Aubrey & Izzy and Scott’s 5 year old son, Reagan. Scott and Lindsey had a beautiful wedding at The Barn of Pearl River in October of this year.
