Help kids really enjoy their picking session by equipping them with their own little tools. When my daughter and I go fruit and veggie picking, she knows to put on her rubber boots, and grab her bucket and snipping tool. This makes her feel more involved and she is always anxious to fill her little bucket. When we get home, I let her wash and help prepare the produce. We make smoothies, fresh juices, and munch on veggies with dip.
