Chocolate enthusiast? Deep dive into the world of chocolate at these weekly workshops held at Tocumwal Chocolate School. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a hot chocolate, setting the tone for your two-hour sensory experience. The first hour will be dedicated to learning about the bean to bar process and diverse cultivation methods, while the second hour will be all about the art of tasting (yes, it’s an art) as you’re guided through 10-14 different chocolate varieties.
