Come, help, know, travel and learn in one of the most beautiful and interesting islands in the world. Ven, ayuda, conoce, viaja y aprende en una de las islas mรกs hermosas e interesantes del mundo.

It consists of 13 islands, 17 islets and 47 rocks, which makes a surface area of 7964 km. They were annexed to the territory of Ecuador in 1832 by General Jose Villamil. These islands were discovered in 1535 by the Spanish Bishop Tomas de Berlanga, who lost his path in his journey from Panama to Callao. They are located 1000 km from the coast following the equator line, and about 1600 km from Panama Canal. Undoubtedly the most interesting geographic feature of these islands is the weather. Teodoro Wolf said, and with much justice that “the climate of the Galapagos Islands is one of the healthiest and most agreeable in the world” with an average between 17 º and 22 º, it has had fame because its wild life inspired Charles Darwin's "theory of evolution”. The most abundant animal that arouses more curiosity are the reptiles, the most popular are the turtles or Galapagos, the archipelago is named like that due to their presence. You can also see iguanas, penguins, blue-footed boobies and cute and fantastic sea lions, species that are characterized by their gentleness and the total absence of the instinct to flee from the man, a unique experience you’ll never forget.
