Organizational Constellations - from Life for the Community
Welcome from 7th to 14th October 2018 IOCTI (International Organizational Constellations Training Intensive) is a comprehensive training that provides: innovative systemic tools to use in: •
consultancy, planning change management and development processes in companies, institutions, teams and individuals.
This event, with first-rate international trainers and participants from all over the world, offers a unique opportunity for a very rich and profound exchange of knowledge, experiences and approaches. IOCTI was launched in Amsterdam in 2004, an initiative pioneered by Jan Jacob Stam, the founder of the Bert Hellinger Institute of the Netherlands. The second edition of IOCTI was also held there in 2006. In 2008 and 2010 the host country was Mexico. In 2012 it was held in the Basque Country. In 2014 and 2016 the venue moved to South America. It was held in Uruguay. Back then we talked about “an open IOCTI, open to dialogue in a world that transforms us”. After its completion, we realized that IOCTI was changing.. In 2018, for its VIII edition, at a time of deep and vertiginous transformation. It is a great honour to be able to organize this important event in the heart of Europe, in Slovenia in Bled from 7th to 14th October 2018.
Our gathering is designed in three parts: •
The first two days (8th and 9th October 2018), will be dedicated to the 4 pioneers of organisational constellations (one of them will be Jan Jacob Stam). They will share their knowledge and experience with participants, each in 4 modules.

We will continue with presentations of successfully implemented projects using organisational constellations and systemic coaching in various business and communities circumstances. There will be 12 such presentations. Each presenter will have 3 hours for his or her presentation (including some demonstrations).

The third part of the programme will be dedicated to sharing the knowledge and experience in the community and developing new projects with organisational constellations and systemic coaching. The event will be in English with a translation into Spanish.

INTRODUCTORY LECTURES FROM SLOVENIA: •

LJOBA JENCE, the artist, a well known singer and storyteller within the revival stream of the Slovene oral heritage. MARKO POGAČNIK, has developed a method of Earth healing called “lithopuncture” (Earth acupuncture) complemented with the “language of cosmograms”.

Curricular Registration The Curricular Registration includes curricular complete program, coffee breaks and materials. paying until 31/3/2018: 1.300,00 EUR (approx.1440 USD) paying until 30/6/2018: 1.480,00 EUR (approx. 1632 USD) paying after 30/6/2018: 1.744,00 EUR (approx. 1920 USD) The discount for early payment applies only if you pay the whole curricular tuition in the deadlines set above. Accommodation in Hotel Park, Bled, Slovenia The accommodation covers a seven-night stay at the Hotel Park, full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner from the 10th October 2018 in the evening to 14th October 2018 in the morning), including a tour to visit Ljubljana and other places in Slovenia with a dinner, the final dinner and a party and a transfer from Brnik (Ljubljana airport) at the beginning and the end of the event.
