No. The invitation can be sent from your iPad, iPhone or computer to a patient but you cannot have patient use your iPad to write a review. For your website we provide you with a link to display the reviews. For Facebook and GooglePlus we integrate our software through your owner login page. How many reviews are enough? You never want to stop receiving reviews. Every new review is new content, and Google loves new content on your website and Google+ page.
Patient Education Videos Are the consultation videos HIPPA compliant? Yes. In addition the patient signs off that they are aware they are being recorded and the videos will be used for training purposes.

To maximize cash flow to your office, a deposit will be made to your account once per month. Do doctors get charged a service fee for each loan? No. Doctors pay a one-time fee for the initial training and a small annual fee for licensing the software. Can patients make payments with a credit card? To provide the best service to you and your patients, our main focus is on utilizing the automatic debit repayment option, and the patient must be enrolled using a bank account. How is the servicing fee paid to the finance company? The service fee is paid as a percentage of gross collections, and will be included in each patient payment. What is the interest rate my patients will pay? The interest rate can vary by state laws and financing regulations. The most anyone pays is 1% per month on the outstanding balance. Do patients get dinged when you check their credit? No. We do not run a credit check on their FICO. Our software looks at their ability to pay by analyzing their bank account.

What type of Internet connection does my office need for PCS? We recommend a high-speed connection (Cable, DSL, T1). Our upload process is extremely fast, but as with any Internet process, a faster connection improves the processing time. How does PCS work? Our proprietary technology automatically syncs the data from your practice management software with our program. The data is then configured and delivered based on the settings created by your office during installation. Your office receives live reports by email and in your online account as to what has been delivered through the course of that day. It also receives confirmations and requests from clients regarding appointments. PCS is a completely automated system. How secure is PCS? PCS is a 100% secure HIPPA compliant service that is password protected and is SSL encrypted for your peace of mind. The privacy of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. Customer information resides on our secure servers protected by a firewall. Only the dentist and designated staff can access the clinic’s PCS account with a secure login and password. Does PCS replace my existing practice management software? No. PCS is an added enhancement to your existing practice management software. It is through your existing management software system that we sync everyday to automatically deliver your clinic’s notifications to clients. Are you looking at my patient data with the PCS? No, we do not look at any of your existing patient information. PCS is a third-party software provider like DemandForce or SolutionReach. We have no access to anyone’s records.
