any companies conduct exit interviews when their employees leave the organization. However, by then it is too late. This is why strategic and proactive organizations conduct “stay interviews” with their staff instead. Stay interviews are especially critical right now, post-pandemic, as the landscape of working environments has changed dramatically, especially the insurance industry. 10

The questions you ask help your organization learn what makes your company a good place to work and what you can do to increase employee retention and engagement.
