Surakarta is one of the cities that is growing rapidly in Indonesia and it is classified as a secondary city, moreover Surakarta was predicted to be a metropolitan city. Surakarta is indeed not populous enough as Surabaya and Jakarta, but to comply with the necessity of a liveable city, the local government should rearrange the city as soon as possible including building-up public facilities such as luxury hotel in Surakarta. The development of luxury hotel buildings in Surakarta is not equal to the number of visitors who stayed during the last five years. The total number of luxury hotel buildings since 2013-2017 in Surakarta has reached around 80%, while for the others it reached around 20%, but it is still not equal enough with the visitors who stayed over. The government has made an effort to improve these problems with an additional cultural agenda but it still has not been able to increase the number of visitors yet. Therefore, we will do another way to overcome this problem by designing a transit hotel in a different architectural style concept from the existing transit hotel in Surakarta. 5

In this context, the hotel which will be designed is a transit hotel type to increase visitors' interest as one of the places to stop by and take some rest. Transit hotel will be designed with a classical architectural approach, which is a building style and design technique that refers to the classical greek era. Classical style is still popular today because it is timeless. The classical style is so unique and provides a new experience for anyone who comes to Surakarta. The design is planned to represent a european style, luxury, and comfort surrounded by the beautiful atmosphere of the city and intended to increase visitors' interest in the hotel at Surakarta.

Outer space science is a branch of science that studies celestial objects and phenomena. The development of outer space science and technology has an important role in daily community life. The current development from traditional to modern era causes a change in technology, for example the tools modification which used to be mechanical system has changed to an electronic system and analog data media has changed to digital data media. Historical records of Indonesia's achievements in the fields of outer space science and technology must be kept and be preserved so that the government and society can appreciate the existence of outer space science and technology in Indonesia. Yogyakarta is known as a historical city in the field of outer space technology related to rocket launches during the period of Soekarno's government and has an artefact that was telescopes. The only public facility for educational tourism related to the outer space science in Yogyakarta is Taman Pintar. Facilities in Taman Pintar that contain outer space science are provided in 2d display only and consist of just a few objects. The lack of outer space science in Taman Pintar can be equipped by the existence of an outer space museum in Yogyakarta. 19

The existence of outer space museums in the modern era is a must to introduce historical objects to the society because a form of appreciation from them is an important thing. Without appreciation from the society, then a museum is only a place for conservating ancient objects. According to gertrud rudolf hille, common problems in museums are related to demonstration, activities, and perception. The perception in museums shows up as interaction of humans with the display objects and the last impression of visitors in museum is based on how the display can give comprehension to the visitors. Satisfaction of the people who visited the outer space museum is a real appreciation that the museum has succeeded in giving perception to something they want to convey. Perception is closely related to the exterior and interior of the building that is appropriate with the theme of objects and to create it into reality, then metaphorical architecture is used as a design planning for outer space museum building.

Outer Space Museum 1st Floor Interior of the outer space museum is implementing time travel concepts of spacecrafts that launch into space. It consist of 3 phases that are preparation phase, supernova process phase in the form of blackhole, whitehole and for the last stage it was called release phase. The use of materials for the interior should also be considered because the outer space museum has an object collection that weighs up to around 10 kg (heavy category) therefore materials that have very good resistance to weight loading objects are required for flooring. 21
