Client: Eddisons Project: The Pithay, Bristol The brief was simple – A functional new Bristol Office. To provide a modern suitable space for professionals to work, a meeting area for clients and comfortable facilities for the staff.

“Many thanks to the team for the great effort to complete our Fit Out at such short notice; it was good to work together and I am sure we will continue to do so.” A Rogers MBIFM, Director Corporate Facilities Management, Eddisons.

Client: Eddisons Project: The Pithay, Bristol Our client Eddisons are a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors operating from ten offices across the UK and Ireland. They were looking to relocate from another Bristol city centre office to a more suitable building which met the needs of their business. They required a seamless transition between buildings due to the nature of their 24hr operations and ensuring their clients were not affected by the works taking place. This was achieved through a tight programme and working closely with the building management of Alder King as well as our maintenance team who service the building.

Client: Eddisons Project: The Pithay, Bristol The boardroom was linked into the existing building management system which ensures ventilation requirements are met. Audio visual equipment by way of video conferencing and screen was installed with associated power supplies. Complete with black out blinds for when presentations are underway.
