Client: Phoenix GE Capital, Aztec West Project: Lakeside House ,Northampton Our client was relocating to new offices (8,000 sq ft) and required a fit out of the new space to suit their growing requirements. Phoenix are one of the UK’s leading providers of hosting, Cloud, managed IT services and business continuity. They have been delivering such services and technology to UK businesses since 1979. The work was phased and included a full mechanical, electrical and data upgrade to existing systems in place. We refurbished the office space, a meeting suite and training wing and provided two new kitchen/ break out areas for staff. Work was carried out with our on‐site Integral UK maintenance team who control the BMS system and carried out works to the existing fire alarms and access control systems.
