Client: Ultima Business Solutions Project: Cheltenham Racecourse When Integral UK Ltd took over the maintenance of the racecourses owned by the Jockey Club in early 2010, Integral Build, the fit out and refurbishment division of the company, were on hand to assist in the delivery of several fast track projects at Cheltenham. None were more fast track, and indeed high quality, than the complete strip out and refit of a hospitality box for Ultima Business Solutions. As the box was now under new ownership Ultima wanted to upgrade the tired 1980's design and decor into something more modern and contemporary. Integral Build were approached only 4 weeks before the annual Cheltenham Festival to design and fit out the box to an extremely exacting specification. With time being of the essence Integral Build worked closely with a joinery partner, Simon Kohn (Furniture) Ltd, to ensure design, procurement and fabrication could start without delay.

Client: Ultima Business Solutions Project: Cheltenham Racecourse The work consisted of new ceilings, partition alterations, new electrical wiring, new plumbing works and total redecoration. The bespoke joinery components kitchen units, bar and media wall were manufactured from high quality American Walnut. Additional seating was catered for by constructing a bar /shelf along each side in easy to clean Minerelle (Acrylic based worktop), a material that gives long life and clean lines. The works were all delivered on site in 3 weeks from the instruction to proceed, thus enabling the Ultima and their guests to enjoy the 2010 Festival in comfort.
