Integral UK can offer unrivalled service coverage to its Customers, through our specialised and dedicated refrigeration division. We have the capabilities to call upon our teams of skilled service and maintenance engineers, using the latest technology, to support our client’s refrigeration and air conditioning needs. Integral provides 24hour, 365 days a year, service support from our new, purpose built, headquarters in Birstall, Leicester.
In house installation and commissioning engineers are experienced, qualified, fully briefed and equipped with the best tools and equipment for the job in hand. Situated through the UK, they are dispatched to carry out a wide range of projects over a variety of project durations. Well managed on-site supervision, material control and our own Installation Code of Practice ensure all installations meet the highest quality standards as required by Quality Assurance. INTEGRAL can carry out installations independently or in association with major contractors across retail and commercial sectors throughout the UK.

design Our design team provide an integrated design service that reaches out to all parts of the business which includes our mechanical and electrical offerings. This expertise includes an extensive knowledge of the latest technology and regulations relating to environment and health and safety issues in which we work. It is at this design stage that we are able to offer and implement advice on optimum energy efficiency, refrigerants, food hygiene requirements, personnel working environments and other issues already affected by legislation, or with legislation due to be introduced in time. Available both in chill and freezer versions, with a vast range of sizes and configurations, the rooms are ideal for sample and reagent storage as well as many other products and also offering efficient, clear rotation of products being stored. Easy to install and complete with it’s own packaged refrigeration unit the rooms are energy efficient and simple to operate. A digital temperature display is equipped with a built-in high / low alarm which is both audible and visual as well as the possibility of being connected to a BMS system
BREMA Ice Machines are an Italian manufacturer of high quality ice producing equipment, offering a considerable range of cubed, pebbled or flaked ice products from under counter to modular models. Our machines are specified by several NHS Trusts. They are easily dismantled for deep cleaning and sanitation purposes. They can also be supplied with insulated ice storage bins. Our range of compact ice cube machines produces 21 to 300 kg per 24hrs. Alternatively you may require hollow cubes; we have solutions that produce 25 to 75 kg per 24hrs. For high capacity production we can offer vertical cubes that produce 140 to 770 kg per 24hrs. Recommended for high end food displays, hospitality events or cocktail use we recommend pebbled ice production, the range is extensive and capable of producing 55 to 440 kg per 24hrs. As well as food preparation, granular ice flake production is used in physiotherapy departments as well as laboratories. The range is extensive with models producing 60 kg to 1,000 kg per 24hrs. If you require industrial flat flakes we have machines that can produce between 250 kg to 5,000 kg per 24hrs.

Single and Double door uprights 1,2,3 and 4 door counters options available also, we can offer both Blast Chillers & Wall Units The counters are available in 3 different body sizes and 2 different depths. All cabinets are manufactured with AISI 304 stainless steel exterior and interior and smart controller with automatic defrost. Cabinets are available in both plug in or remote versions with the options of hydrocarbon plugin or CO (remote) gas.2

Our Lokold operation, based in Ipswich, supports our Arneg offering by meeting the retailers UK specifications, for both Remote and Plug In refrigerated cabinets, Inclusive of delivery and on site installations. In addition, our clients can make substantial cost and energy savings by calling on the services of Lokold, Integral’s environmentally-friendly specialist operation, for the recycling and refurbishment of chilled, frozen food display cases and walk in Cold rooms. Refurbishment can be tailored to suit the client’s requirements and can be achieved either on or off site. This task is achievable as Lokold stock a large number of manufactured and re-manufactured spare parts. In addition, we are able to offer temporary refrigerated plug in chilled or frozen display cabinets to assist in the phasing of installations of new or refurbished cabinets on site.

Integral UK, are a distributer of Italian cabinet manufacture Arneg, all our retail display cabinets are available as remote piped or plug in fixtures. We supply & install a wide range of chilled and frozen food cabinets, all are available in a number of styles & dimensions to suit the clients specific requirements. In order for the client to maximise their merchandising requirements, Integral can also supply the Arneg range of ambient shelving in the same profiles as refrigeration cabinets.
