RAINBOW CHALLENGE This challenge was designed to support you in two ways:
1| You’ll gain awareness around your nutrition choices. 2| You’ll discover new ways to add in nourishment. As you explore, keep in mind that some days might be more colorful than others, and that’s perfectly okay! For example, you might have limited choices when traveling or at work events. Approach this experiment with curiosity and have fun with it. The more you practice, the easier and more intuitive it will become. Instructions:
1| Use the chart on the following page to record the number of colorful plants you eat each day over the course of three weeks.
2| For the first week, don’t change anything about your current meal habits. Simply
record what you eat throughout the week in the corresponding colors. No matter what you record, try to complete the chart without judgment. After all, an honest assessment will give you an accurate baseline. It might also encourage you to gradually add more colors into your diet!
3| For the next two weeks (weeks 2 and 3), challenge yourself to creatively add
more plant-based colors to your meals. You could focus on one color each week or a different color each day. You could also choose to just go for it and squeeze in as much color as possible! There’s no right or wrong approach.

Remember, this is just a starting place. The more you practice including a variety of nutritious colors into your daily diet, the more it will become a habit. Try this exercise with friends or family members for inspiration and motivation!
