Features: This device will greatly assist in the quick and easy location of the various manufacturer's marks placed on progressive lenses. This is achieved by special background contrasting and lighting. Adjustable inclination for a better reading. LED bulbs. The mounted magnifier assists in the reading of these marks. . manufacturer's markings. . Lens type ID. . Marks. . Added power. Test the lens strain to avoid the new blurr y area. Check the quality of the surface and coating of the lens.

Power :AC 110-240V,50/60HZ Dimension:220*220*360mm Weight:0.8kg

Function: Ⅰ Testing the lens strain Usage: 1. Power on. Hold the lens between the light source and the polarized filter and check. 2. If it shows the same as Pic. 2, the lens strain is not in the balance. The imbalance is proportional to the darkness of the color. The lens strain can be reduced by edging the darkest part of the lens. 3. If the lens strain is not kept in balance, the patient feels comfortable when he looks straight ahead, but when he looks something aside, he feels uncomfortable and has unclear view. This situation usually appears on the full or half frame glasses, but not for rimless ones. 4. The strain of PC lens can not be avoided. However, the imaging quality will be much better if the lens strain is small. Ⅱ PAL Identifier

This product is necessary for progressive optometry. With it, the optometrists can have better and effective communication with the patients and the patients can also experience advantages and disadvantages of the progressive glasses by themselves before buying progressive glasses. It is easy to operate and suitable for all people.

Usage: Ⅰ Trial Frame As a multi-functional trial frame, the pupil distance, pupil height, angle, temple length, cylinder axis and VD can be adjusted. 1. Adjust the pupil distance and let the patient wear the trial frame. 2. Adjust the angle of trial frame and temple length after confirming the right pupil height and VD. 3. Four pieces of trial lenses can be inserted in each side of the trial frame. Placed closest to the cornea, the lenses should be: high-power lens, low-power lens, cylinder and progressive lens.

Trial lenses 20 pieces of the progressive lenses can be divided into left and right lenses (+1.00D~+3.00D in 0.25D steps, +3.00D). It is easy to find the R/L mark and ADD power on each handle. Usage: Put the lens above the parallel light grid and observe the four areas of the lens. It is easy to study and mark. Show as the pictures: Ⅲ Showing the invisible marks

Ⅳ Testing the quality of the lens

Usage:

Usage:

Put the lens on the grid and observe it with the above magnifier. After confirming the four areas, keep the distant area and near area in a horizontal line and find out the invisible marks on both sides (ADD value is usually on one side and the brand marks would be on the other side).

It is convenient to observe the surface of the lens with the light and the magnifier. Scratching, bubbling and other coating problems can be checked out. In general, this instrument is very important during the process of fitting and testing progressive lenses.

Usage: The cross mark on the lens must be aimed at the pupil center. To get a better experiencing effect, the horizontal lines on the trial lens should be level. In picture 2, the location of the right lens is correct, while the left one is wrong.

Trial clip

Polarized and Red/Green lens Flipper

Put the trial clips with trial lenses on the frame to experience the progressive lenses.

Used with the near multi-functional visual chart (CT2302N), it can test binocular aniseikonia, refraction balance and imaging fusion.

Feature: In the process of progressive optometry, the communication between optometrists and the patients is limited. It is

Feature: Convenience, visualization, easy operation and accuracy make it indispensable during the optometry.

difficult for them to come to an agreement on the optometry. This product is designed to solve this problem. With the chart, the progressive glasses users can directly express their visual feeling in a special distance so that the optometrists can correctly know their clear, deformed and blind visual area. As professionals, optometrists can offer accurate data of the refraction, while the users can also experience the optometry process by themselves. Near distance visual assessment chart is similar to the middle distance chart. LED bulbs Power: input AC 100~240V 50~60HZ Output DC12V Dimension: 530*730*31MM Weight: 6 kg

Instructions First, clip this measurer on the frame; aim the center point at the intermediate position of the bridge. Then, adjust the measuring pieces by the knobs on both sides. When the upper edge of the measuring pieces aligned with the pupil center, the pupil height can be read at the lower edge of the frame.

Usage: 1. If the patients need to fit glasses for computer, the assessment chart will be indispensable. The optometrists can regulate the lens degree until the patients get the clearest vision 2. The distance is usually between 0.6m and 0.8m. The optometrists can get to know the clear view of the patients. Generally, the scope of clear eyesight is broader, the progressive segment is wider. 3. The chart is used to test and adjust the vision in the intermediate distance.

MEASUREMENT CARD OF PROGRESSIVE GLASSES Specification:

Specification: LED bulbs Power: input AC 100~240V 50~60HZ Output DC12V Dimension: 335*244*20MM Weight: 0.75 kg

Usage: It can be applied in the presbyopia testing.

LED Power: input AC 100~240V 50~60HZ Output DC12V Dimension: 355*244*20MM Weight: 0.75 kg

Showing the invisible marks quickly Usage: 1. Hold the lens above the grid, the distance between the grid and lens is between 50cm and 80cm. 2. Horizontally move the lens slowly and find out the invisible marks on the lens. 3. Identify the marks with the oil pen.

Recovering regular marks Usage: Make the invisible marks on the lens, coincident with two small circles on the picture so that the area of the cross mark, distant area, optical center and near area can be confirmed quickly.

Checking the diameter and testing the near area of the lens Usage: Mark the optical center on the glasses, make them coincident with the cross marks on the picture. The position of the lens edge indicates the smallest diameter of the original lens. If the near area is within the scope of the diameter, the glasses can be processed.

Verify the PD & Height of Progressive Usage: Center the frame over the pyramid lines, with The Fitting Cross lined up with the top horizontal line, marked “0”. This is the 180° line as shown on the lens diagrams in the Progressive identifier. With the frame in this position, determine the monocular PD for each lens by reading the number on the horizontal line directly underneath the 180° line. With the Fitting Cross positioned on the top line, the fitting height of each lens can be determined by reading the number on the line where the bottom of the lens rests.
