‘Adult Learners Week’ (14th-22nd June 2014) EVENT REQUEST FORM If you would like to put on an event or activity during our ‘Adult Learners Week’ campaign, please complete this form and return to your local learning festival coordinator. If you are requesting money for your event, you will also need to send a copy to the finance contact/treasurer for your Learning Festival group. -

Tutor costs – These costs incurred by you are additional to what your tutors would normally be paid within their contracted hours Hospitality –Maximum £30 per event can be claimed for refreshments Room hire – Costs incurred in hiring a venue that your organisation does not own. Posters/ flyers and marketing materials for the promotion of this event Sundries- Must be itemised and do not include items claimed in 1-4 above.

*If you are successful in your application for your event, you will undertake the following: (*Please read the conditions) 1.) Upload your event onto the online system using the links provided by NIACE DC 2.) You will promote your event using at least one method of marketing and publicity. (e.g social media, flyers etc) Posters/leaflets must include the campaign and funder logos (Please see below) 3.) Involve other partners in your event where appropriate 4.) You must complete an evaluation form for you event(s) (Please consult your LF coordinator or the Campaigns Team at NIACE DC if you are unsure of this process) 5.) You must endeavour to get feedback forms filled in at your event(s) (Please consult your LF coordinator or the Campaigns Team at NIACE DC if you are unsure of this process)

6.) Submit invoices, receipts, evaluation and feedback forms by the confirmed deadline
