You may be aware that from 1 October 2014, Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs) will be responsible for commissioning the majority of victims’ services locally through funding from the Ministry of Justice. This means that voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector service providers may be bidding to their local PCC to obtain funding to deliver services, as well bidding to other public sector bodies. The workshops will help VCSE organisations prepare for commissioning, and are designed to better enable frontline service providers to bid for grants and/ or contracts when tendering processes are launched. Further details are also available at www.vcseworkshops.co.uk including dates and how to register your interest in attending. For further information about the move towards local commissioning of victims’ services please visit www.gov.uk/local-commissioning-of-victims-services Interlink, 6 Melin Corrwg, Cardiff Road, Upper Boat CF37 5BE 01443 846200 e-mail: info@interlinkrct.org.uk www.interlinkrct.org.uk Registered Chairty No: 1141143 Company Limited by Guarantee: 07549533
