MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED ELITE has established itself as one of the largest providers of Supported Employment Services in Wales, that enables individuals with disabilities and those at disadvantage, aged 14 – 64, to access, obtain and maintain paid employment through appropriate support and tailored training. We work throughout the areas of South and West Wales, with a head office in Rhondda Cynon Taff. The charity has been operating since 1994. ELITE is a registered charity and Company Limited by Guarantee and is currently seeking to appoint new people to our Management Committee. We are specifically looking to recruit people who have the following skills: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) 8) 9)
An understanding and knowledge of the needs of people with disabilities/those at disadvantage; A Finance/Accountancy background; A Human Resources/Personnel background; An Employment Law background; Marketing or media skills; An understanding of charity or management operation; Lobbing experience; Training background; Quality management;
Our Committee meets once every two to three months for 2 hours. The role of Management Committee Member is voluntary. Expenses can be paid
