Your chance to nominate an individual or group making a difference to the lives of people in Rhondda Cynon Taf All nominees will receive a certificate and volunteers shortlisted by a panel of judges for their ‘outstanding achievement’ will be eligible for the Norah Huxley Award, voted for on the night.
Guidelines / Advice Before staring, spend a few minutes considering why you decided to nominate this person or group. Ask yourself: 1.
What is unique and special about this person or group?

How have they achieved it?

Who benefited from their work?
5.
How and what did the beneficiaries gain?
Include key words such as trustworthy, punctual, dedicated etc. Remember to write clearly, the judges will need to be able to read your writing. So take your time, printing will often be clearer than handwriting. Finally before you begin ask the person’s permission before nominating them, some people love the limelight, others hate it and check they are available on the evening of 13 June 2014 in case they are invited to the awards ceremony.
