The ‘Wezembeek-Oppem’ location is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the park. The building has three levels with two immaculate learning environments on the ground floor and first floor and a gym room in the basement. The building has been completely renovated and ‘purpose built’ including floor heating and large windows offering sunny surroundings. We call this our Swedish style! The classrooms are fully equipped and children and parents receive a very personalised approach. The completely enclosed play garden at the back offers gross motor experiences, has a large sandpit and child-size gardens for the children to grow flowers and vegetables. The playground neighbours a park, so together offers a very green and open environment. The gym-room is situated ‘downstairs’, which the children use for scheduled gross motor sessions, violin instruction, music, large group events and of course also for play during rainy days! The After School Hour programme is available and is situated in the gym room. Children are busy with gymnastics, art and craft, reading and singing and as soon as the sun shines, they play outside. Ample parking facilities are available. Due to the quiet nature of the area, families often stay and chat and the children play in the park adjacent to the school. Door-to-door school bus service is available.
