Dr. John Tullner, FICD, Kilmarnock, Va., has been named chair of the USA-ICD Antibiotic Awareness Program. The ICD has partnered with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to distribute information to ICD Fellows worldwide about antibiotic resistance and appropriate use.
