Re: Lapel Pin Extensions: A resolution was passed at the 9/2007 meeting to provide 15-year and 25- year lapel pin extensions to be used with our ICD “key” lapel pins. The tabs cost $5 and $6 respectively, and are only purchased from the Section Office by the Chapter representative, i.e. Deputy Regent or Treasurer, not individually. Upon request, the Section Office can provide an Excel file of Fellows in a state/District, including their induction dates, to be used to determine the numbers needed.
