The World Snow Day Organiser Care Packages were developed to help event Organsiers stage their World Snow Day. The contents of each package is based on the feedback gathered from the Organisers themselves. All materials are free of charge and recipients can keep the items for future events.

All recipients of a World Snow Day Care Package will be subject to the following criteria:
1. Recipients of the materials will need to be a registered World Snow Day 2024. Registration may be completed by clicking here
2. Recipients must complete the official Organiser Care Package application form
3. Recipients must submit a report at the end of their event on the World Snow Day website.
IMPORTANT: Recipients who received Organiser Care Packages for World Snow Day 2023 but did not complete their report will not be eligible for World Snow Day 2024 Organiser Care Packages.

Step 2: Login into your World Snow Day account. Download the application form, complete the form and send it to worldsnowday@fis-ski.com
Step 3: Receive your Organiser Care Package and enjoy.
Applications for the Organiser Care Packages will become available on the 1st October 2023 at 08:00am (CET)

Replacements: Recipients must ensure they take care of their Care Package items. Replacement parts will not be provided.
Ordering limit:
The number of packages supplied to an Organiser is at the discretion of FIS. When completing the application form please indicate the number of packages you wish to receive.
Distribution:
Packages will be distributed on a “first come, first serve” basis. Once stock is allocated, no more application will be accepted.
