Helping Palestinians in Need
Whoever feeds a fasting person will have a reward like that of the fasting person, without any reduction in his reward.” Tirmidhi THE blessed month of Ramadan is a time of heightened spirituality and good will. It is a time for families and communities to come and celebrate together. However, for Palestinian families living under occupation, siege and in overcrowded refugee camps, there is very little to celebrate during the Holy Month. In Gaza, 80% of people are reliant
on aid to meet their basic food needs, whilst there are over
430,000 Palestinian refugees trapped in the conflict in Syria, vulnerable to starvation and disease. This Ramadan, we urge you not to forget our Palestinian brothers and sisters. With your support, we aim to help
15,000 families across the occupied Palestinian territories, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria.
As our rewards are increased during this blessed month, you can pray for Palestine, you can donate for Palestine and we can work together for Palestine.
This Ramadan, we will:
• Feed the Fasting via food parcels and special iftars • Provide Financial Aid to struggling families via our Zakat Distribution Programme • Protect the Right to Water by providing Water Aid to families • Provide essential Medical Aid to poor patients • Direct your Zakat ul-Fitr, Fidya and Kaffarah to the most needy

Interpal takes no deductions from specified donations and ensures its Zakat distribution is Shariah compliant and adheres to donor wishes. For this reason we also encourage you to include a small donation for administration and delivery costs. All good deeds are multiplied in Ramadan and every donation helps to better the lives of the disadvantaged.
