Information on how to enter and the prize form part of the conditions of entry. By submitting an entry to the ‘Take a selfie with Cyril/ Diego’ competition you agree to the terms and conditions specified below. 3. To be eligible for entry, entrants must:
Be 12 Years or over Have a valid Instagram and/ or facebook account Post a picture of themselves on the INTERSPORT Australia Facebook page or the INTESRPORT Australia Instagram account o with the Cyril Rioli standee or poster (in VIC, SA, WA, TAS, NT INTERSPORT stores) o with the Diego Costa standee or poster (in NSW or QLD INTERSPORT stores) Follow @Intersportau and hashtag #intersportfootball Participants can enter multiple times No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion Please note: entries can only be received from accounts that are set to public.
4. Entrants can only enter in their own name, and must be able to provide proof of identity. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address (to the Promoter’s satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. 5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries/claims and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry/claim which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. 6. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. 7. Promotion commences on February 16th 2015 at 4pm AEST and finishes on March 1st 2015 at midnight AEST. The winning entries will be selected at by a panel of judges at INTERSPORT Australia Head Office
Terms & Conditions d. The promotion runs from February 16th 2015 at 4:00 pm AEST and finishes on March 1st 2015 at midnight AEST e. The best 3 entries as judged by the Head Office team, featuring a picture with Cyril Rioli will each win a pair of adidas F50’s signed by Cyril Rioli f. The best 3 entries as judged by the Head Office team, featuring a picture of Diego Costa will each win an adidas Football prize pack consisting of a Soccer ball, t-shirt, shorts, bag & jacket, up to the value of $260 per pack. Winners to be selected on the 2nd of March 2015, as judged by INTERSPORT Australia Head Office 9. Total Prize value is up to AUD $1,170 (inc GST) 10. The Promoter's directors, employees, management, suppliers, retailers, associated companies and agencies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entrants must be 12 or over. 11. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition and selection of winners will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. 13. Date of prize draws: The prize winners will be determined on the 2nd of March 2015, at the offices of INTERSPORT Australia, Melbourne, Victoria. 14. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram after the winner is selected. In the event a winner does not communicate his/her acceptance within 24 hours, INTERSPORT Australia reserves the right to select another winner and the person not responding will waive his/her rights to a prize. The prizes winners will be announced on the INTERSPORT Australia Facebook page and Instagram account before the 2nd of March 2015. 15. The prizes will be sent out to winners within 15 business days of confirming the winner’s details and eligibility. 16. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The promoter’s decision is final. 17. The Promoter will collect entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter. 18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any social media or publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in
